Brought them a laptop to repair which had no power despite having a new battery. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a short period of time at a reasonable price. First they called to discuss the problem, gave a repair estimate, and asked for approval before they began the work. Now working perfectly. Very quick turnover time and handled very professionally.

I took my computer to total tech repair and my experience was great. I met with Ali who was so helpful and knowledgeable, he explained exactly what was wrong with my computer and what he was going to do to fix it. he was kind and fixed my MacBook Pro in 2 days. he put a new drive in and made my computer so much faster, I don't think I ever experience my computer being this fast, even when i first bought it. I will gladly recomend total tech repair to anyone who is in need of tech solutions.

Total Tech is terrific. Ali has a high level of skill and integrity. After for weeks to repair an old computer, I bought one of the refurbished HP's at a good price and Ali only charged for data transfer and the anti-virus. All the parts and labor were put aside as the other computer couldn't be repaired. Other employees are just as helpful. Run, don't walk there if you need assistance on your personal and business computers.

The WiFi coverage in our home was horrendous. Ali, our technician came out and did an assessment of our property. We decided to move forward with his recommendations and couldn't be happier. The entire house and more has coverage and everything works FAST! After such a good experience we decided to visit the store and bought a desktop and a laptop. Both came fully loaded and have super fast Solid state hard drives. Overall, we are very impressed with TotalTech Repair and the services they provide. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Use them for all your computer needs!!

All staff at TotalTech Repair are very pleasant and helpful. They have just fixed my computer from a tricky problem. They kept me updated all the time and Ali tried everything before he finally had to wipe it. I now have a computer that runs as new.
