Brought in 2017 Apple laptop in. Apple wanted $650 for diagnosis and repair. We suspected a motherboard. Brought to Natan he was professional, gave me a detailed explanation with options to repair or to buy a new laptop. We ended up repairing the laptop and so far been great. Much cheaper than Apple and quality service with warranty. Def worth checking him out.

Had a problem with my computer's speed and my emails. Natan the owner took the time to explain to me what was wrong and the best way to solve the problem. He ordered me a new hard drive and two days later he installed it transferred my data, replaced a bad fan and installed a new email program, all in a few hours. Very reasonable also.. Needless to say I highly recommend using this company for your computer needs.

I took my virtually dead HP laptop to Commack Computer, fully expecting it to be relegated to the expired pile. Natan gave me an honest assessment that, due to its age, it may never work again and if so he wouldn't charge me.
Normally I might not have gone further but this laptop had sentimental value to me. So even as a paperweight I know I would have kept it.

The bad news is I need a new computer.
The good news is that I didn't have to pay for that information!
A few hours ago I brought my computer in for repairs. The man(we went right into talking shop, lol. I'll update later with his name.) there was helping another customer and his wife. He explained things clearly and honestly. After a few minutes I knew I had made the right decision bringing my computer there.
Once he had helped them and they left, he took a look at my computer. It unfortunately kept freezing. He tried running a diagnostic on it but it froze yet again. He explained

This guy was AMAZING. My wife laptop (3 years old Dell, good specifications) start doing crazy things. looking by reviews, we brought it to some guy in Selden, who was really sweet & friendly - and bad professional. After the third time he made another crazy diagnosis, we moved to Nathan, even though it was far (we live In Mastic Beach). He heard my wife story - and just by the story immediately said: its not virus, but the hard drive!. We left the store, after 2 days it was ready - work like new - and for great price! this guy is phenomenal!

Brought a PC into Natan that was in dire need of a hard drive clean-up, moving files to an external HD, virus and malware removal, etc, etc, etc.... Left PC with him for a week while I was on vacation and when I came back PC was better than new! Only person I will go to for ANY PC issues going forward.
