It’s so expensive!!!! Sauna 45 min is $55, trust me nothing special. My hair was wet nobody even ask if I need hair dryer, they just every 10 min remind you when your time gone!!!! Even you can’t relax , you wanna just leave as soon as possible. I don’t recommend to go there , it’s better probably take day pass in spa and it’s gonna be much better

Absolutely LOVE this place! I am a personal trainer / group fitness instructor in the CLT area and am constantly working out or on the move. The Invigory has been a great place for me to not only recover my muscles / body but also take a mental break! (Which i'm sure we all need at some point) I always look forward to it, especially on my days off. The staff is always super friendly, very knowledgeable, and personable.

i emailed to inquire of services and got a quick, thorough response. i was even able to confirm an appt for the very next day.
the salt room & immune IV ftw. i honestly had no idea what to expect, and the gentleman was kind to explain everything. (i probably looked like a deer in headlights as i was just taking it all in). he showed me where the lockers were for personal belongings bc it's best to keep that out of the salt room. i took my shoes off, he handed me a bottle of water and a neck coozie thing then we went into the magical salt room where he

Have walked/driven by so many times... finally stopped in to ask what they did there! And was super nice and helpful. Actually got same day appt with Mark for cupping technique... he was very thorough and spent extra time explaining and offering other suggestions for my back tension. Very nice guy. Everyone was not only helpful and professional but they genuinely seemed to love thier jobs/work. Highly recommend.

This is the best place! The most caring staff! I had severe morning sickness (Hyperemesis Gravidarum) when pregnant. I was heavily dehydrated and malnourished, i started Iv therapy to help and I don’t know what I would do without it! I highly recommend going here! I started going to The Invigory last month. I'm pregnant and having issues with nasal congestion and read that Halotherapy could be a safe, alternative way to address the issues I was experiencing. I have been to the salt room a number of times and enjoyed it thoroughly! It is very relaxing, and I feel that it has definitely helped in alleviating some of the hormonally induced congestion I'm dealing with. I've also gotten several Ice Facials, which are a must! No pain anymore...I fell last week and bruised hands, knees, and worst of all ribs! By Sunday the pain wrapped around to my upper back and neck - Mark & Spayne discussed my symptoms and they set to work. I couldn't breathe with the pain. 45 minutes of cupping , ice and heat .. the next day I woke and pain was GONE! Please visit these two truly know how to work out the pain! #painfree

So pissed that my relaxing experience was ruined by the financial aspect of this racket. I paid $200 for 5 sessions 18 months ago and only used one. I assumed they were closed during Covid because they are like a spa. I went to use a package today and was told they expired and could not be extended. BEWARE of any membership or package! The owner responded below that they send out a reminder email -that is a LIE! I searched all emails and had none. It wasn't on the emailed receipt either. I have been multiple times, even got a gift certificate for a few services from Christmas. They have always been very professional and clean. I usually use their flush and freezer service which is their compression therapy and full body cryotherapy. I always feel better after leaving especially the full body cryotherapy with my back and neck always in pain from work. This last much longer than a massage or chiropractic in my own personally experience. I still do all of the above but when I am still in pain the first place I go is the Invigory!!!

So glad we stumbled upon this amazing Wellness Studio! The Invigory has so much to offer such as Halotherapy, Whole Body Cryotherapy, Spot Cryotherapy, Ice Facials, Compression Therapy and an Infrared Sauna.
I work with children, get exposed to so many germs and was feeling a cold coming on so we decided to try their Salt Room.
After 45 minutes of Halotherapy, I left calmer, less congested and had the best nights sleep! Definitely worth trying if you suffer from respiratory conditions, skin conditions, anxiety, frequent headaches or stress.
We will be back!!

They have a great package here I tried for compression therapy on my legs plus a whole body cyro session for $49. They have a nice private room with Netflix etc and fuzzy blankets. They even provide you water! Very clean and professional. The cyro machines are very nice and can set your own temperature. They have some great smelling soap that I ended up buying as well. I've been to other recovery clinics in Charlotte, but in terms of professionalism, amenities, and price you can't beat this place!
