Westland finally stood behind their product and sent us a new machine! The new machine works perfectly! I increased my rating to 3 stars since they replaced the machine. I would have given 5 stars if I didn’t have to fight for a few months to get a new machine.
I purchased my splendide XC 2100 washer dryer combo machine in May 2018 and loved the convenience of having a washer dryer in my coach. Sadly, in April 2019, my machine started to have issues and stopped working. First the door lock would not release. Then it would stop working mid cycle, or it would wash/dry a load and

We ordered a Vesta Dishwasher from PPL Motorhome sales, but the manufacturer was WESTLAND SALES. We were excited about getting it and were shocked when we ordered on a Friday and received it on Monday. Couldn’t of gotten there any faster. We put the dishwasher in and unfortunately it leaked and we tried everything to get it to stop leaking. We called Westland and spoke to Sam and he gave us some suggestions and told us if it doesn’t work to return the dishwasher. Nothing worked. So we decided to take it back to Westland Sales. We gave it to them Wednesday about 3 pm and on Thursday at 8 am

If you are in Canada do not use this company as they will only ship via ups and you will have to pay a brokerage fee and you will have to be there in person when the package gets to your house to receive it. You will also not have the conveniance of knowing when they will be there. The brokerage fee can be more than the part. This company will not work with you to send it with any other way NOT HELPFULL
