Juan was great! I called at 7:30AM and kitchen drain was unclogged by 9:30! He was very professional and personable. I watched as he worked his magic with the giant auger and viola' the drain was free of the clog. I would highly recommend One Way to all friends.

I recommend Juan and his team for any plumbing/heating needs. It was such a relief to have Juan work on my bathroom renovations (stress free). The work product exceeded my expectations :) This company is HONEST, clean, efficient, professional and reasonably priced. While working on my bathroom, my boiler/hot water heater needed replaced and they quickly responded to resolve the issue; the new system was constructed by Juan(+team) better than the old system. I am very pleased with the service and the quality of work.

From day one the service provided has been priceless. The best things about them is their honesty. They do not sugar coat anything and tell you exactly what you want to hear, the truth about what the issue is/are.

One way plumbing is the way to go. Juan and max were very efficient at the task at hand. At the same time he gave me pointers on what was going on and how to prevent any future occurrences. These guys are top notch, knowledgeable, honest and I highly recommend them for any plumbing or heating problems.
