First I have been coming here ONLY for Botox on my forehead. The previous nurses were great! Did not need to go back because they did an excellent job with my 2's but this last time I went I had a new nurse do my Botox. So I know my file says that I always get Botox on my forehead. So this nurse suggested to put some Botox in other parts of my face. I believe it was 36 units she recommended. So I waited two weeks and I still had my lines on my forehead. So I called and they re-injected me with Botox but guess what? It was the exact same nurse who didn't do a great job the first time.

I absolutely love this place!! I have been going here for years. The staff is friendly and professional. You can also shop for make-up and beauty products while you wait. I have been getting fillers and botox from Debbie Tay for the last several years and she is unequivocally one of the best in the business. As efficient as she is artistic, she really contours her work to my specific face and knows exactly how to make me look beautiful! As soon as I sit in her chair I feel a sense of relief!! LOL! This pandemic made me realized how much i missed my treatment at O U Beauty . Im so happy to be back, the front desk and injectors are still amazing and very friendly. Prices are still very reasonable compared to other Med spas around, the skills of their injectors are truly amazing. I love this place. The staff is amazing however the best kept secret is Debbie Tate, RN. She's amazing and I've been seeing Debbie for the last 3 years! I will never go anywhere else. I've been seeing Debbie Tay for Botox for the last 7 years. She is fast, efficient and never disappoints. I have tried other med spas but always go back to Debbie, and have recommended Debbie to all of my friends who are considering Botox.
I read several reviews suggesting they might be using diluted product but I've never had that experience. My Botox from OU lasts 6-9 months. The units used for each treatment might have gone up from a few years ago, but that's expected thanks to aging.

Excellent service! I got lip fillers for the first time in my life so I was really nervous but the nurse practitioner answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. Love OU Beauty! They make us beautiful with injections, skinny with Coolsculpting/ Cooltone! What more can a person ask for! And they are sooooo nice, all of the staff! So glad I found them!!!

I too, like some of the other clients have had recent issues with the effectiveness of my Botox injections. Nothing has changed from visit to visit regarding quantity, technician, or placement however the last two times were barely visible, and what little was there disappeared within a month and a half (should last from 3-6 months). I found it very odd and suspicious so came here to Yelp to see if OU had received any negative reviews regarding the same issue. And what do you know? They do! The last time I was there years ago I had Maryam the nurse practitioner put in botox and radiesse and I immediately bruised up and top it off it didn't even help with the issue at all. I spoke to many drs. and practitioners later who have all said whoever injected you did it POORLY and was a bad place to go to get injections done. I agree!!

The nurse practitioner there who injected the botox and radiesse caused immediate bruising of the area and didn't help with the issue in the first place. Also, the botox there does not last more than a month after injection (must be diluted or something I am guessing). I have consulted with many doctors and practitioners who say wherever and whoever did my previous injections clearly did not know what they were doing. I agree!!

I got my lips done 3 weeks ago with Sally and she’s amazing and takes her time with me, after she’s done she’s open to any and all of my questions and never makes me feel rushed to leave!! Also OF COURSE I love my juviderm lip fillers, it’s amazing how just 1 treatment can boost my confidence Sally and all the ladies working there are great!!!

Debbie did one syringe of Juvederm into my lips, which are very small and uneven. She talked me into getting Juvederm Plus, which is softer but about $100 more. She completely evened out my lips and used the rest of the filler on a dip in my chip I didn't like. My lips looked great when I left, and the next day were swollen with no bruising. Would have given four stars, but giving three stars because the results only lasted about a month. Definitely not worth the high price when fillers should last 3-6 months or more.

Called the office today and was able to go in for a same day appointment for a chemical peel. Once I got to the office, the environment of the place was really nice. Despite of wearing the mask, my temperature was taken, and of course hand sanitizer were around. I was greeted by a young lady (didn't catch her name). Came here as a last minute thing after a really long time . I just remembered why I stopped coming here in the first place. Horrible attitude because I would not get 60 units as she (Debbie)suggested. I kept asking questions and she kept saying it's whatever you want. Her attitude and customer service was not the best.

I was a customer for over five years. The last two times of getting procedures they did not last. When trying to contact them via phone, email and their website on this they never once returned any calls or contact with me. Went here back in March right before everything closed down due to COVID-19. This was my first time getting lip filler and, I was really set on getting Restlyne instead of juvaderm. Just as preference and I loved the research I had done on the restlyne. My coworker referred me here and, I was very nervous. This was my old school spa. I am VERY careful when it comes to my face. I only get fillers, but since I do under my eyes ( and the nurses don't do that area there), I see a top Bev Hills surgeon at the Lasky Clinic but came here to do the lips, as it is several hundred dollars cheaper.
They would NEVER carry the device that cooked my brain, face, eyes, etc.( Even though almost every BH dr. fell for it).
Some of their nurses are on a waitlist, longer than a lot of Beh Hills plastic surgeons, who are pretty untrustworthy since they are using this device.

I had such a horrible experience there. Front desk people are very nice but the lady with the white coat that did the Botox shots was very inconsiderate. She was not professional at all. She did not take the time to put the ice on the spot before each shot. Literally I was screaming for every single shot and she was not paying attention. I have done Botox shots at different places before but I never had such a horrible experience. Go somewhere that they respect you and care about you. She just wanted to be done.
