Quality Customer Service with a Pristine Contemporary Vibe! The shop is always extremely clean and sanitary, the decor and atmosphere inside reminds me of a white orchid flower, it's a great place to go! They always make their clients/customers feel welcome, comfortable and safe, there's a large FREE parking structure on their side of the street (next door to the Spa), which is a lovely perk on this strip of Robertson Blvd! Absolutely love youthfill -and the ladies at their Robertson location (Barbra, Koko and Darleen). I've been to a few other places for Botox and they really have the best pricing and amazing service and skills. Unlike other places they didn't try to overfill me and their Monday deal it the best in town. A friend recommend them to me, and he was right - This place is a find! I will def be recommending to my friends too.

This review is specifically for the lousy receptionist at the front desk of 123b Robertson Blvd location. I've been a loyalist of this business for 10 years and have been happy with all of the technicians that have provided services. Since the relocation of the business I've been to 123b several times. Each time the receptionist is the worst I've seen.

Went here to get preventative Botox, it was my first time getting it and I had the most amazing experience!! I highly recommend to anyone consider it. The technician fully explain everything to me and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understanding everything. Everyone in the office was so friendly and welcoming, made the experience perfect.

I visited Youthfill MD for the first time today and will definitely be returning!! Gigi at the front was so sweet and helpful. I received a cortisone injection and it was super easy and painless... Not to mention already helping! Great staff and cute little spa. 10/10 recommend.

Dr Hopp is a Beauty God! I have been going to him for 20+ years and he is my fountain of youth! He is the best at advising on just what you need to keep your looks youthful without crossing over into that "she's done something to her face" look. Amazing service, very professional and friendly staff, great new machines, Gigi and Kylie were super nice, patient and professional.
Definitely going to come back here soon for the rest of my treatments, I did laser treatment, it was mostly painless yet very effective, and also the B-12 shot was great and effective.
You feel safe and at home here, highly recommended!

I was fairly disappointed in my visit here - thinking I found my new regular place I won't be coming back.
First the good - they were open during the quarantine! And the blonde girl who worked the front desk was beyond nice & I really enjoyed chatting with her while waiting.
The reason I won't be back - I asked for Botox for an eye brow lift & forehead. I trusted the dr thinking he's a plastic surgeon he should know what he's doing. He didn't mention units & when I paid I was a bit surprised to find out he had given me A LOT more than usual but I thought

1. Showed up my first appt and no one was there, I had worked night shift the night before and stayed up for my appt at noon- drove in traffic took an hour to get there And found out on arrival that my injector had called in sick
2. My rescheduled appt i showed up they had No syringes even though I'd bought them ahead of time.
3. My follow up appt they Changed my spot time and had to reschedule because I was working nights
