Yes, we are proudly smoke-free. Smoking, which includes vaping, is not allowed in the apartment or on the grounds except for the designated smoking areas. Yes, pets must be under 50 pounds fully grown. Pet immunization and license records must be submitted prior to move in with pictures of pets. There is an additional deposit of $250 per pet and a $75 per month pet premium per pet required.
We make sure our residents are taken care of by having an on-site management team, as well as 24-hour maintenance, garages, resort style pools, tennis court, playground, volleyball court, and dog park. Conveniently located on premises are your personal laundry care facilities, as well as a multiple fitness centers.
Uptown Fullerton Apartments in Fullerton offers newly renovated one and two bedroom apartments for rent. I love this community! My family and I have been here for 4 months now and read several negative reviews before deciding to move here so I wanted to set the record straight and write about our experience as it was not like some of the others , very different actually. We’ve had no issues others have talked about. It’s a beautiful community with great staff and great residents. We haven’t had to use maintenance yet, but if their service is like the rest of the community, I’m sure it will be prompt and professional. Never any parking, they never take care of the situation even if they say they will. There are cars that never move and cars that don't live here and park here. Even if the parking is for " residents only" it's not the case. Last Christmas they towed our car because there was no parking and there were plenty of cars just like ours that didn't have a parking, we had to pay 350$ on Christmas to get our car back. Aside from that they have no cameras, they've stolen bumpers, broken windows, and stolen bikes however the security does not do anything and have no cameras or gates.

Mediocre experience living here. Moved in during the pandemic and all the previously mentioned experiences such as events and the amenities were shut down. Though that doesn’t mean the rent goes down, am I right? Also, poor management when it comes to constant disruptive neighbors. Weeks of phone calls and emails to management and regional offices, and even calls to the police. In the end, they couldn’t evict said neighbors and couldn’t get them to move apparently, so they “offered” us another unit for a “similar price”. Can’t wait to move out when the lease is up.

Uptown Fullerton Apartments is a fantastic place to call home. The landscape is beautiful and we'll maintained. They have 4 lovely pool areas and the neighborhood is friendly and pet friendly. It is run by AMC management and the employees are very nice and helpful. My family and I love our apartment.

near by for years and came in and toured with Jayda, she is so sweet and detailed it made my move in so easy. The office staff and maintenance are 5 star! The property just had a backpack giveaway and my son received a backpack and goodies plus food and games. I will be renewing my lease in a few month I love it here!

Moving from LA was looking ALL OVER to rent a NICE apartment in a CLEAN community and this was it!!! I called and spoke to a gentleman who said they had no availability and was heart broken until Jayda called me 4 days later and said they got notice someone was moving out and if I apply I could reserve the unit!! My daughter just moved in and I could not be happier she chose this location! Nichole made the process go as smooth as possible and was extremely helpful. Being this is my daughter's first time leaving the nest, I was so stressed. I feel comfortable knowing she we be well taken care of. Plus the Apartment and surroundings are Beautiful! I am so happy that I rented with Uptown! Hands down the best place I've come across in the area. Management is extremely helpful and attentive to all my needs. We recently bought a house and are sad to say goodbye to such a great community. Nichole has served us well from beginning to end and everything in between. Would highly recommend renting a home here to friends and family.

apartment hunting isn't fun, especially when you arrive for a showing you booked in advanced for 2PM and walk up to a locked lobby that says we'll be back at 3PM. we were disappointed so we decided to go thrift to waste some time. my boyfriend called the office and it kept going straight to voicemail. around 2:45PM we finally get a callback and the woman doesn't recall an appointment yet shares they'll be there at 3PM.
we go back at 3PM and the doors are still locked. now there's a woman behind a desk on a call who ignores us and a few

They have nice basketball courts with trees and grass around it so it actually feels like you can breathe better when playing. Almost all of their units are renovated. Management responds to requests and inquiries quickly. They're simply an email or a phone call away. I enjoyed my stay here.
Craig park is iChat next to it within walking distance so you can take your family there for a nice picnic whenever you want. This isn't a luxurious high end apartment complex but it renovated inside and out and it does give you a cozy home next to nature vibe.

Was skeptical about moving in from some of the reviews I've seen but I know there are two sides to every story. Toured with Uli loved it and moved in! Office staff really nice and maintenance is always seen cleaning around the community. My apartment is perfect for my finance and I! Lots of closet space, with washer/dryer, and we have assigned parking (not sure what some of these parking problems are about). My neighbors in the A building are really nice and the community is pet friendly. I don't usually leave reviews but needed to because we love it here and plan to stay for awhile!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I actually lived in the property for 2-3 years and management is horrible.
My family has gotten their cars damaged and the management is just horrible at responding.
Our suburban got our window broken and had property stolen. Our corolla IM has been broken into, property stolen. And just yesterday the bumper was removed in broad daylight! Thank god for insurance but management has no response for it other than "we filed a report for our information" or "I understand your frustration." Update: I'm so sad to have moved out as life is taking me elsewhere, however I will never forget how happy living at Uptown made me! I was so close to work and so many restaurants and shopping, and the office staff and maintenance were always so great! Thank you especially to the Assistant Manager Kim and Maintenance Leno for making my move out a breeze. I miss my kitchen and washer/dryer already! If you're reading this far, just move in already! MOST WONDERFUL PLACE IVE EVER LIVED!
They really do their Best to work as their slogan throughout the property, "Live Happy". If it wasn't for financial reasons and rent increase I would've renewed for another year to stay as long as my daughter was in elementary school, so it was bittersweet having to leave at the end of my lease.

3. Great outdoor activity choices
4. Kids Playground
5. Knowledgeable and Fast Maintenance Personnel

How many times do I have to reach out? No security cameras on the property at all and they won't take any responsibility. You also have to tow other people's cars if they park in your space which puts your well being at risk! I pay over $2000 in a 2 bedroom apartment to live here by myself and I have to deal with my unsafety and my car window being smashed in by your other tenants that live at Uptown Fullerton Apartments. I had to pay for the damage to my car. We're still required to pay our full amount during COVID 19 even with all the amenities closed as well. They will deter 30

My review went from a three star to a one star... called the front office several times to inquire about several things and you can hear them pick up the phone and hang up on us. We went to see them in person and SAW them hiding in the back. Laundry rooms are beyond filthy. They will of course not ignore you to let you know about how lights on your balcony are a problem, but when it comes to actual problems that they're obligated to fix they'll look the other way. Disappointed and will not stay silent
