I had to write a review on this company because, they were able to send flowers to a friend that's in Georgetown, Guyana on the same day!!! Did you just read what I wrote in Georgetown, Guyana! I am truly impressed especially because I couldn't find any other florist to do this and unfortunately in Guyana the florist there do not seem to take credit cards/debit cards.

Absolutely horrible customer service and product service. Ordered flowers for a wake and funeral on a specific date as per the order form then was told by customer service when the funeral service was and the order was delivered a day late. The order came in after the funeral had started and was not the "elegant " option arrangement even though being charged that price. When asked for a resolution for this issue it was never followed up. If you want to be told when you want your order, pay money for what you didn't order, have your delivery a day late and have appealing service then

I ordered flowers from this business well in advance for my spouse overseas and was told they would be delivered on time. I spent close to $126.00 for the order but they were never delivered to her. I have attempted to contact them repeatedly at the phone number listed but no answer. Also sent email but still haven't had a response. I did notify my credit card company to dispute charges and I will be contacting BBB and Texas Attorney General to investigate this matter further. I don't recommend anyone doing business with this company.
