My experience was like any other I called to place an order gave the man I was speaking to over the phone all my information payment information exc.. the day comes for delivery
1) the flowers never get there in time
2) they don't know how to contact the driver to see how far along he is
3) I'm on hold forever while they figure their mistake out
4) my flowers got delivered to the wrong apartment complex and I'll be receiving the same flowers I PAID for on a specific day 2 DAYS later with no refund or inconvenience compensation
5) flowers are now pointless 2 days later after the

My husband bought me a rose here and it lasted for nearly 2 weeks! So when my friend got sick, I knew this was the floral shop I wanted to go to to get her a sunflower, because she loves sunflowers. Stone Oak Florist went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations!! I have sent roses to my daughter every year on her remission anniversary for the past 11 years.On year one, she received one rose, year two, she received two roses, etc. We were excited this year to be celebrating her 12th year in remission because this meant we could finally send her a complete dozen! Everything was wonderful! Got what I asked for, when I asked for it and, as usual, received so much more! Thank you for helping to make our grandson's birth a bit more beautiful! P.S.
Never added on a greeting card before, worth every penny! Don't know about other shops, but the one you picked was adorable. Plus legibly handwriting, not sloppily printing, our message was just such a special touch. Our son actually thought it was my handwriting, well done!

I purchased a single rose, babys breath, and leather leaf fern that they displayed in a narrowed glass vase for me. My Valentine loved it! So did I!

Sent an adorable puppy flower arrangement to a friend for her birthday. She absolutely LOVED it! I had some flowers delivered to my Godmother for Mother's Day. I live out of state so I ordered them online. She received them and sent me a picture thanking me. I looked at the picture and was shocked at what she received. Nothing like what the photo said I was ordering. I spent $120 on these flowers, and it looks like they just bought a random $15 bouquet of flowers from a grocery store and put them in a vase. I could have done a better job.

SOF proved to be excellent service and spot on delivery! They made my mom's 70th bday so special and I'm very grateful. I was able to use the yelp discount too- which made it even better. This Florist is the best! They are very helpful and very accommodating over the phone or when I have been there in person. They make it very easy on guys to send flowers if they don't know exactly what they are looking for. They even send me reminders before birthdays and anniversaries. This Florist was a disaster, The order was not delivered on time and they called the recipient to pick up at the store. Totally killed the surprise element and they seemed to didn't even care. I would not recommend this florist to anyone, especially for special occasion. The job was done poorly and I was extremely upset with there service. Do not do business here, there are way other better florist to use. I was really upset with the service, and would recommend going somewhere else.

They're really nice people! I called from out of town trying to find a local florist who could accommodate a living memorial. They were really sweet and was able to work with me on setting up an ongoing roses pickup for the family it was for. They made everything really easy and the family was really happy. The roses have been so beautiful thus far. I'm excited to be working with this company to continue the living rose memorial.
I can't wait to personally go into the shop and thank them for all of their help!
