If a negative were a selection, I'd quickly select -100 bc this is a rude, unprofessional, and greedy business. I can promise you the man behind the phone is a full outright racist who makes his money off of minorities but does NOT respect people of color. He is a blatant misogynistic and crude individual lacking the skill set to work with the public!!!
