At A24HourBonding we understand that the bail bonding process is not something that most people clearly understand. It is important to you, and to your friend or family member (called 'the defendant'), that you understand the basics so that you can get them out of jail as quickly as possible. The first thing to know is that you are going to need a 'Bail Agent.'
Sometimes people are fooled into believing that because an arraignment happens in a courtroom with a judge, prosecutor, and defense attorney that an arraignment is somehow a trial. This is not the case. Sometimes it is easier, then, to consider what an arraignment is NOT before you try to figure out what it IS.
The "Miranda Rights" OK, but what are these rights, and what did "Miranda" do to get them for you? The Miranda rights do not protect you from being arrested, only from incriminating yourself during questioning. All police need to legally arrest a person is "probable cause" - an adequate reason based on facts and events to believe the person has committed a crime.

Darrell was very prompt and efficient. Not knowing how the process worked was no problem for me. He took charge and quickly gave me all information needed to handle the situation quickly. Very courteous, kind and attentive. Definitely give them a call. I cannot say the same for other Bonding companies that I called. Major difference in companies.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The owner called my mother to harass her for more money, stating several lies like I was in Cobb jail, and they couldn't find me so now we owe money. MY CASE IS CLOSED LIAR! And I paid you ON TIME, EVERY TIME! Even went without lights for a week just to make my payments. Also claimed to have to pay for my transport from Fulton. Liar! You need to be arrested harassing elderly women. Why didn't you call me?! I was at work! You are a crook! And God bless.
