I had Chappuis add diamonds from one of my Mothers rings who passed 1 1/2 years ago. I can not express enough in words on how it turned out. It is absolutely beautiful. The quality of workmanship is outstanding and love the fact that it is done inhouse. I feel like a part of my Mom is always with me now. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place and their staff!

I stumbled in this afternoon for the first time after googling "watch repair near me", to get a new watch I recently purchased sized. I was greeted with a smile, and a very helping hand. Chappuis has always went above and beyond for my husband and I. When I unfortunately lost my wedding ring, Nate remade it for me. I could of course pick out another but I love what my husband picked. And when Nate found that the company closed that originally made it he bought the specs and made it for me! Can't say enough great things about Chappuis Jewelers!!

Jewelry came out almost exactly how I pictured in my mind, and according to the vision I shared with Nate. So pleased they were able to save me money and use base pieces they found in stock and didnt have to build.
