I had an issue with an alarm. I had another company say that the alarm was going off and that it was a bad oil pump. I told Don the boat runs great and I don't believe it. He said bring the boat in and surely there will be a fault error saying what the problem is on diagnostics. I told him the previous company did a lake test and diagnostics, charged $175 to take it out on the lake and said there was no fault code. Don Charged $550 for diagnostics in the shop, did not take out for lake test. No fault code. Said yep bad oil pump. I took boat to another dealer. They did minor adjustment for $200

We purchased a brand new 2020 Eliminator 25 Speedster from Legend Marine Group in Feb-2020 and we are very pleased so far. Since the beginning the whole staff has been personable and accommodating to us. This includes meeting after normal working hours and responding to our messages at all times of the night.
Even though the weather could of been better the Lake Test with Donny from their Service Dept. was excellent. Donny is knowledgeable and I know his team will do a good job maintaining the boat.
There were a few things we wanted to be touched up/ cleaned up on the boat and with no questions

I purchased a 22Donzi ZX from Casey Freeman and I have never have had better customer service. Everything was as promised, The boat was fully cleaned and polished The boat had been fully serviced and the few issues were taken care of on the spot The sea trials with Casey went well except for the rain which Casey had no control over. The excellent service continued all the way to hooking up the boat to my trailer hitch. They also have some exotic cars to look at while you are there.

We bought a 2014 Acadia and had a great buying experience with John D. in the Carollton office. It was a welcomedexperienced compared to the other "pre-woned" experiences we had the two prior days. Friendly service and plenty of room to stretch our legs on comfortable chairs. The rior day I took my pregnant wife into a local dealer (that everyone in Dallas knows) and we were stuck in a small cubicle, sitting in broken chairs, with a computer that looked like it was from 1995 for about 4 hours. They did not give us the deal we were looking for and the manager never een came out to shake our hands

Would never do business here again. They took 5 weeks to do simple make-ready maintenance for spring two years in a row. Then upon receipt of the boat, it is still missing key things completed both times. Then had a further issue and the owner will take zero responsibility for the actions of his staff. Stay away from these people.
