*Update: Owner did offer refund.
Poor application and customer care. I tried to have owner explain why we had inconsistent air bubbles along the back windshield and he immediately got offensive and refused to offer any assistance. There are small bumps with we can understand but some areas were properly laid and the others that were not look awful! Horrible business practices.
