Our Stainless Steel Mobile Machine Stands and 1 & 2 Tiered Portable Tables are made from Type 304 material. They are used in the Medical, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, & various other industries. Custom sizes can be fabricated. Conductive rubber wheels to help prevent damaging static discharge make these Type 304 stainless steel carts excellent for use in clean rooms, laboratories, and hospitals.
Our standard Stainless Steel Meat Trucks & Dough Troughs have the following capacities: 350 LB, 500 LB, 600 LB, 800 LB, 1000 LB, 1800 LB. These are mainly used in the meat processing and bakery industries. Our Meat Trucks & Dough Troughs are fabricated from type 304 stainless steel, and are heliarc-welded (no solder) and ground smooth.
Each Stainless Steel Conveyor System is custom and vary in types & styles. The frames are constructed in Stainless Steel but the belt types could be made from Stainless Steel, Neoprene, Plastic, etc. They can be provided with or without casters. Included are conveyorized processing and pack off tables, transfer conveyors, heating and cooling conveyors and many additional categories.
Our Stainless Steel Nester Conveyor is an exciting way to increase the belt loading which in turn increases the yield of patties into an oven or freezer. This item is Patent Pending. In most cases, this revolutionary system can allow you to increase the belt loading from twelve to twenty percent, depending upon the size of the patty.
