The price was fair and really friendly people but 4 days later I put my window down and some tint peeled off

Jay was really helpful and amazing. The price was reasonable unlike some places that purposefully jack up prices. The whole team was amazing and got the work done very quickly. I came in for a cracked windshield, and Im so happy with the work. I'm gonna come back in the future to get my windows tinted here. Thanks to Jay and his team.

I would recommend I called them at 1:13pm and they later gave me a better estimate for a 2016 Honda Civic sedan. I came in to replace my front window and they were nice enough to let me wash my car and still fit me in. The staff was friendly and pointed out we're I was missing things like a button and bolt. I would really recommend to come here.

They replaced my windshield and it broke again in less that a month. I replaced it again with them and they took my registration and parking stickers and threw them away and were not cooperative in trying to help me get them back. They said they would call me back and check if they still had them but never did. Overall a bad experience would not recommend.

BAIT & SWITCH!!! Beware. I was told $195 then when my daughter took car they said they "might" break molding. That's another $160. She still leaves car then called a hour later saying they don't have that in stock & new price is $340. So now total is $500? I'll take somewhere else.

Side window was broken into so called to get it replaced. Had it replaced, a few days later the window won't roll up correctly, turns out the bottom piece was not set into place properly. The water seal was messed up, as well as a piece missing from the door. All around a very poor, almost rushed job.

Being busy and getting behind schedule is understandable. Not knowing that my car is there to be serviced is a whole different scenario.

As you know the dirt hauler big rigs often drop rocks and you are prone for a scratch, crack or dings. This one was weird I was on the fast lane and on the 60 riverside I noticed a dirt hauler approx 500 ft from me and I noticed the falling debris flying everywhere. I noticed a projectile bouncing hit a car's hood 3 car lengths from me and it bounced and struck my windshield. It cracked it almost immediately. As I was able to get to my next stop. The crack extended the length of the windshield.

Called a day before to schedule an appointment to have my windshield repaired. I came in the very next day at my appointment time and dropped off my car. Jay ensured me my car would be ready by 4:00 PM later that afternoon. 4:15 PM comes around so I decided to call the place to see if my car was ready; "Yes, it's ready." So I get a ride back to the place, only to see my car in the parking lot hasn't moved and the giant crack in my windshield is still there. So I go inside the office, and sit for about 5 minutes when I quickly realize that no one is going to come inside to see

No, I didn't leave in a hurry. I left because as i exclaimed before I left... I'm not going to argue back and forth with you about what time my appointment is....when I can take my business elsewhere. And that's exactly what I did.

I had enough time to write this long review because a very nice respectful gentleman came to my home and changed my glass for me, at no extra charge.

Meanwhile I had wasted my time going to your place of business the day before and you were too busy, which is when I made my 9 AM appointment for the next day... came in before my appointment time, told

I took my daughters car in for tint and they did a great job. I will be using All American for all my tint jobs.

Leaving a review for this local store. Jay was of wonderful help. Went in to get windshield replaced on my Mazda CX-5, jay ordered the windshield for me and was ready exceptionally fast. Service was friendly and fast. Workmanship was perfect. Would highly recommend Jay for window needs. Thanks again.

My girlfriend went to get her windshield repaired (quick chip repair) and the initial quote we have received was $45 which I thought was reasonable. After about 40 minutes, we were able to retrieve our vehicle. HOWEVER, it turns out we were charged $50 for it.
Not sure why, but we went back to the place and surprisingly the other customer who had the exact same repair done was charged $45. The person at the counter refunded the $5 that was overcharged. They never gave us a solid reason as to why we were charged more than the customer next to us, and the fact that they refunded the $5 right after

I came to this company to get a quote. I was quoted $260 to replace my windshield. Jay the manager even went out to my car and reviewed if I had sensors which I do, I have the collision avoidance, condensation sensor, and Lane Keep Assist. So I told him excellent let me make an appointment so I can have my windshield replaced since this was the cheapest I was quoted. Well here is the problem the day of the appointment I show up and he wants to charge me $290 because my windshield has sensors, I told him that he saw my car and saw the sensors and quoted me $260. He then goes to say for the inconvenience

I was driving on the freeway and a rock flew up and cracked my windshield, I was not in any extreme rush to get it fixed so I was able to take my time to find the best person to go to.

I am often on the go and don't have time to stop and make a phone call so it was very nice that I was able to communicate with the business through Yelp and get a quote and schedule an appointment. After cross-referencing some prices with other businesses, it seemed as though this place was offering the best deal so I decided to go with them.

I called and asked for the total price of service for a complete windshield replacement. The gentleman gave me a price of $195.00 USD total. Happy with the price, I scheduled an appointment.
I arrived early and they completed the replacement. However, after completing the replacement. The charge was $216.00, $20 higher than the original price that I was quoted. Very disappointed, I was told a lower price in order to do business. This is unethical and disrespectful towards a consumer. I would be wary what they tell you over the phone, their prices may not reflect what they actually charge you.

Great experience with these guys, supper helpful when I called. Showed up and they were very nice and had my windshield removed and replaced in under 45 minutes. Their price was the best around and service was great! Very happy I went with them. New windshield looks amazing. I recommend All American Auto Glass to anyone who needs a window/windshield fixed.
