As an employee I had no trouble working for BIH. My manager was always available to answer any questions and she provided support when needed. I do wish however, they would have provided with more information about the clients I would be working with prior to my visit. It was important for me to be some what compatible with my clients. I also think they should pay more. In home care is not an easy job.

Best In-Home Service Inc., located in Northbrook, IL is an awful place with rude and dishonest employees.Terrible service and they are NOT nice with their clients.Employees, including the managers,are very rude, ignorant,uninformative and dishonest.If you have a loved one and care about them,the Best In-Home Sevice Inc. is the last place you want them to be in.

I've had three attendants before Susan came to assist me from Best In Home Care. As a retired nurse myself who worked four years of my career staffing a hospital pool of 35 RNs' and agency staff, I've had experience with working with assigning staff. I must say I am so very impressed with this agency since Susan K. came to work with me. She is an intelligent, kind and very capable person who truly likes her job. She is a pleasure to be with! BAD MANAGEMENT ! SVETLANA ROSHASS IS A VERY BAD MANAGER !!! I can't believe this mean and rude woman still work there? Svetlana Roshass works in Best In Home Service in Northbrook IL. Svetlana is a manager there. My Mother and I had a question and we asked Svetlana Roshass to help us. Svetlana was arguing with my Mom in Russian language. Svetlana litteraly yeled at my Mother.Svetlana was rude and mean.Svetlana start yelling something in Russian language acusing my Mother that she does everything wrong. And this and that. Svetlana screamed at my Mother very loudly. OMG ! My Mother is an older woman
