Services
Rebekah completed her 1080 clock hour massage therapy course at Ashmead College in Everett, WA in 2000. Corrective/Treatment massage has always been a focus of her work. She has expanded her knowledge and ability to treat injuries and correct posture by taking additional classes through Neurosomatic Educators in Clearwater, FL.
We approach every massage with a focus on helping the person get out of pain, have better range of motion and decreased muscle tightness and dysfunction. This often includes helping the person understand what they can do on their own to improve their mobility. Our sports massage is focused on recovery and injury prevention.
I have known Rebekah as an excellent masseuse for at least 5 years. But, about three years ago, I sustained a running injury that became a chronic difficulty for me. I became a regular for a massage. Rebekah's ability to pinpoint where it hurts without direction is a true gift. Her ability to eliminate the pain is mastery of her profession.
This depends on a variety of factors including overall muscle health, activity level and severity of injury if applicable. We will evaluate these areas upon your first visit and suggest additional treatments if we feel neccesary. That being said, everyone is different. Injury/area of tightness is different person to person so the number of treatments needed to make a change varies person to person.

Went in with upper back pain. John was very professional and knowledgeable, my back feels great now after months of hurting, and he took the time to tell me exactly what was causing that muscle to hurt and went into depth, along with stretches and things I should do around the house to keep it from getting sore again. Highly recommend!

These people are the real deal. I wish I could hire them to be our personal massage therapists and carry them around to everywhere we travel and move. Both my husband and I have received multiple treatments and they were amazing! Some of the best treatments we've ever received! Professional and knowledgeable, they definitely know what they are doing! We'd give them 10 stars if we could, highly recommended!!!!

I've been going to John for massage therapy for a year now. Ever since I was diagnosed with Juvenile Disc Disorder at the age of 13, I've been to several chiros, PT's, and massage therapists over the last 18 years. Going to ACMT twice a month, combined with sufficient mobility work and CrossFit, has yielded the best results I've ever had since being diagnosed!

As a 41-year-old CrossFitter, it is important for me to keep my body in good shape so I can continue to do the things that I love to do. Thankfully, I found Rebekah and John who help me do so! Not only do they provide relief to issues I may be having, but they also take time to explain things that I can do at home or at the gym to help as well. We are fortunate to have them in Auburn.
