I highly recommend Bedford Well Drilling & Pump Co. for any well related issues. I contacted them through email and within a few minutes I received a call back to schedule service. An hour later the service folks were at my house! A new gauge and pressure switch later my issues were resolved and the price was very reasonable. I am very impressed with Bedford Well Drilling & Pump Co. and will utilize their services again whenever needed.

Broke my well cap. When I notified them I was told someone would get back to me. After repeated attempts to get them to fix it there has been no response. It has been over a month.
*** What your guy said is not entirely true. I watched him the entire time. Yes the bolts were rusty but they were turning. He decided to cut them off instead to save time. He did not use a cutting torch. He used a reciprocating saw to cut them. He broke the PVC pipe that had the electrical wire in it. I assumed because he cut the bolts he would replace them. If other things were broken he didn't say a word. He just

Bedford Drilling was hired to drill and install a USDA-approved well and watering troughs on my farm. They did a professional and quality job. We did have some contact difficulties initially and scheduling delays mainly due to weather. Once the crew was able to get onsite, the job was completed well. I would recommend this business to anyone.

I called on 8/3/20 and spoke with a woman. I informed her that I would like to have someone come look at my system because I was getting a lot of sediment in my filter. She said that she would have to look at the schedule and call me back. I did not hear back from anyone so I called them again on 8/14/20 and left a message on their voice mail with my name and number. I still have not heard back from them. I have since contacted another well company to come fix my issue.

Jason promptly returned my phone message and sent out Paul and Nathan to see what may be going on with our well. We had no water running in the house. Turns out that the pressure switch needed replacing and they fixed the problem the same morning! Paul and Nathan patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions.
