Unwilling to help when I had questions about the well and pump system they installed around a year ago. Berated me and implied my questions were stupid just for asking. He did not offer any service or to sell me anything to help remedy my situation in replacing clogged filters at least once a month (pictures below) He told me that I was “wasting his time and he needed to go make money”. I paid $4500 around a year ago only to be treated like I was was shocking.

My water pressure decreased to nothing in a matter of hours, and I contacted the company (Falwell) that drilled the well to leave a message. Not hearing back from them and knowing my situation was urgent, I found Cunningham Well Drilling online and called. Greg answered the phone, listened as I explained the situation, and offered to come out right away. He was knowledgeable, identified the problem, and fixed it in on the spot. I later heard back from Falwell Corp. and they would not have been able to attend to my well with any urgency. Grateful for Greg's help!

Well has been out of service since Thursday night, called Appomattox Well Drilling Friday morning, person said they would call back by Friday afternoon, never heard back from them. I called Cunningham Well Drilling at 930am on Saturday morning, Gregg said they would be right out, they arrived by 1030am and had the problem diagnosed to the well pump in minutes. They had the pump replaced and water flowing by 1130am. I highly recommend Cunningham Well Drilling for your well needs, their response time was excellent, which is highly important to me, along with their professionalism and quality of work

After struggling to receive any kind of positive service from the other well drilling company in the area I contacted Greg. He came right out to our build site, gave a very thorough assessment as well as provided simple, straightforward pricing. He did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would and for the price he said he would. I highly recommend him!

Our well died....the pump, pumped dirt. It was awful, so we needed a new well. After calling a few companies and finding out the wait would be 3-4 weeks, we got a hold of Cunningham and he said he could do it right away, we just needed to get a permit. Getting a permit took 4 days and $300 with the county. Then we needed miss utility to come out and mark the property, that was another 4 days ( we should have done that earlier, but didn't think about it). Once that was done, Cunningham came out and dug the well ~ 320 feet. Installed a new pump, trenched the water line to the old well house and hooked
