This the worst business that I have come across. The city of Miami should closed it up and take them out of business. Very incompetent and full of traps were customers lose lot of money. Run away from this guys if you want your money to be worst for what you pay.

This Agency doesn't deserve not even one star. This is the worse Insurance Agency. They have made several mistakes costing me over $1,300. Ana the supervisor/owner has horrible work ethic never returns calls. I asked them to cancel one policy and they ended up cancelling the wrong policy! Don't Go There! They never follow through with what they say and end up messing up everything. La agencia mas mala, poco professional. Producto de los errores que ellos hicieron.
