Betsy's Place: In Loving Memory of Betsy Gannon '78 Betsy's sister Peggy (Gannon) Klion and several of her classmates from the class of '78 honor Betsy Gannon's memory during the Ribbon Cutting Cermony of Bishop Canevin's new cafe, Betsy's Place. The Chloe Kondrich Foundation BC Junior, Chloe Kondrich was excited to be part of the opening of "Betsy's Place" student cafe.
Along with her mother and father, Margie and Kurt. The Cafe will serve as a terrific example of the friendship between Bishop Canevin and St. Anthony Students. The Chloe Kondrich Foundation provided considerable financial support in order to complete this project. Bishop Canevin is accepting applications for the 2022-2023 school year.

Bishop Canevin, a Jesuit-inspired high school, is proud to share in a Jesuit mission that has stood for excellence in education and spirituality for over 450 years. Today, Bishop Canevin is honored to celebrate the heritage of Saint Paul the Apostle, its founding patron, Saint Francis of Assisi, and Saint Ignatius of Loyola.

Founded in 1959, Bishop Canevin High School is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and offers a competitive college preparatory curriculum, admitting students from area neighborhoods of Western PA and Internationally. Our current enrollment for the 2021-22 school year is 223 students. Bishop Canevin employs approximately 25 teachers and administrators with the majorityholding a master's degree or higher.
Bishop Canevin continues to invest in our facilities to offer our students the best in education. The Nick Sinagra Innovation Lab, Room B113 - Model Classroom, the Reed Family Broadcast Studio, and the Room G107 - Second Model Classroom projects are completed and debuted for 2019/20 school year. The Michael Maloney '72 Fitness Center construction will begin in June with the completion Fall of 2020.

Never go to there place there bingo is the most outrageous place I been in my life the the door guy nick was so rude to me and my elderly mother yelling ask because she was asking questions about the special and would not take are coupons and the manager was also Rude say he just having a bad day and so what the big deal they just lost 4 customers and everyone I know I will warned to stay away

Bishop Canevin is a terrible Catholic school. My child comes home crying everyday. They do not care about each individual pupils needs. They do not care about students getting bullied. I thought they had a zero tolerance for bullying... I was extremely wrong. My child has been bullied all year and they told him to "separate himself from the situation". How is one to do that? The only thing they care about is their money. The faculty members are extremely rude. We have spoken many times to the counselor. If I were you I would think really hard about sending your child to Bishop Canevin. This is

PLEASE NEVER SEND YOUR CHILD TO BISHOP CANEVIN!!! My child posted lyrics to a song on snapchat over the weekend and returned to school with a ten day suspension with conditions. The terms have to be met within the time frame of the suspension. The terms are almost impossible to meet within the ten days or he will be expelled. There are fights in this school where children get hurt, some fights are pretty gory (my child has never been in a fight). The students who decide to fight only get a 3 day suspension. I have two boys who have been in the Catholic school system since pre-school. We spent well
