Dealing with Ali Ghaziani is hands down the worst experience I've had in a long time in regards to professionalism, thoroughness, customer service and most importantly, communication. His ego and arrogance unfortunately didn't distract us from being aware of how shady his dealings were. Very untrustworthy and the entire transaction felt wrong... we're actually wondering, and waiting, for something bad will come to light. We'll see I guess :(

Sadly what was supposed to be a great thing for our family was turned sour. 6 months in to owning our home and we still have unpaid tax bills and no answers. Undisclosed taxes coming up after we purchased the house. Just not a great experience after closing on the house. Just lack of communication and information. Knowing we were first time buyers we expected more information and understanding.

The rates were competitive for a 30 year fixed. Someone else quoted me the same rate but with 2/10 of 1 point. I was told I would not know the exact closing costs I would have to pay but manager Ali Ghaziani estimated the costs to be $1,600 to $1,800. When the costs were over $2,000 I asked why the estimate was low when he could have easily estimated something that would have been accurate, e.g. $1,600 to $2,500.
Alex refused to tell my why his estimate was low, claimed he has no supervisor to talk to, and that he and his company were making no money on my refinance.
