We stayed here from September 2021 until January 2022 with our 2 daughter and 2 large dogs. This park is very clean and has updated amenities. Our only complaints were that the card readers in the laundry room are finicky and sometimes overcharge, and the pool water was extremely cold even when it was over 90 degrees outside lol. Very friendly staff, especially Earnest, (groundskeeper/maintenence man), thanks for helping us hook up when we left. Strongly recommend this RV park if you are in the West TX area.

This place started out great, however, after a couple months you could see the cracks in Managment. They promised craft time which was taken away, the pool was dirty, always messes in the public areas and there is a stray dog they refused to do anything about. I personally called to have it removed and the manager got extremely annoyed and got an aggressive tone when I let her know I was trying to help the situation. The dog is still there to this day. I have let anyone who plans to stay there to stay far away. If Wendy the manager was to be fired it would be a better park. 2/10.

I work in the area and live out of state. My family came down to visit me for a week and I decided to set up the travel trailer at Park Place Rv Resort. Beth took such good care of my family while they stayed there! Tuesday’s and Thursdays they had activities for my kiddos, they also have an awesome pool and play area, my kids begged to go play there every night with the other kids in the park.

Absolutely, THE BEST RV PARK IN WEST TEXAS! Our family of 8 just relocated to Texas, from Washington State, staying an entire month at Park Place RV Park, in Odessa. Every staff member was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Due to the size of our large family, Wendylynn, the General Manager, went out of her way to ensure we not only had a great spot, with plenty of space for our 6 children, but that we also felt welcomed, loved, and part of the Park Place family. The grounds were clean and well cared for, including the shower, bathroom, and laundry facilities. The family-friendly pool

I have been here at Park Place RV since opening and think Park Place RV is the BEST RV park in all of Odessa and West Texas. The Pool, Clubhouse, and Large covered Patio is so nice, like a resort. CLEAN, Well Kept, Great Manager and Great Staff. We give it 10 Stars. We recommend Park Place RV for any Stay. And its Gated and Family Friendly for our kids.

We have been totally impressed with the Staff and the Park, the facility is clean and well maintained. WendyLynn and Beth are very friendly and helpful. We also love that the dog park is well maintained and has lots of cute amenities for your fur baby to do. The sites are level and have plenty of room,pull throughs have ample space for cars and trucks. We’ve traveled all over and Park Place is a top rated Park in our opinion. This park is a hidden gem here in Odessa.

Wonderful overnight stay! Conveniently located, extremely clean and well kept grounds, abundance of amenities, secure facility and the staff was amazing! Great sized pull thru sites. Kid friendly, dog friendly, but at no point was there excessive noise from neighbors or from the highway. Wendy-Lynn and the admin (I feel awful I cannot remember her name) were so friendly and helpful. Every employee that we encountered was smiling and eager to help. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be back.

We have been at this park since it opened last year. It amazes me how many people turn facts around to make a place sound bad. We have never had any issues with anything here . The park cannot control power outages from the power company or water main breaks that the city water has.
It's a very quiet park with the only noise being the occasional dog barking from someone not following the rules and chaining them to the outside of their trailer and leaving for the day, leaving no water or food for the animal. Then When they do finally get home they let the dog go crap on someone else spot

I would not give the place not even 1 star. Worst park I have ever stayed out. Beth the manger tried charging me Monthly for my service dog! Which IS AGAINST THE LAW!
They would always bicker about my dogs because they "LOOK MEAN". So we finally moved.
My mother still lives there. I had some packages delivered to her .. I called and asked if they have been delivered. BETH SAID " who am I speaking too" whenever I told her my name. She hung up on me ... ... and she said I CANT Get my mail delivered to my mothers. .... she lied to me whenever my package said Delivered.

There's a reason the business owner didn't put pictures of the sites on Yelp. While the amenities look nice, that's all fake grass in the playground & dog park. The plain dirt lots & lack of trees, or even shrubs, is just ugly. Nothing but wide open dirt to park on. You would think that at least they can accommodate any size rig with all that empty dirt, but you'd be wrong! No rigs over 40' allowed.
