This area is super clean and very safe. This park has the best deals! There is FREE wifi, FREE cable, which includes ALL the movie channels and pretty much every channel you could ever want to watch! The wifi is also very fast because you have your own modem so your wifi is not shared with anyone! Just like in a house!

The only word I can think of to describe Stanley RV Park is “Amazing!”
The best RV park in the Permian Basin by far with an extensive list of amenities that include over 130 channels of FREE cable, your own FREE personal WiFi ( not the same signal shared by everyone in the park) also FREE laundry (very clean laundry room I will add)
The best thing about staying here is the manager of the RV park. Jay is very friendly and just a big hearted person. He keeps everything running smoothly and makes sure it stays clean, quiet and safe. He is available a moment’s notice anytime day or night. Rarely

Probably the best RV park in Midland, and absolutely the best manager! The manager lives on-site and patrols the park constantly, staying on top of all issues that might arrive, keeping the park safe and quiet, and he is just a phone call away. The park is clean, roads are good and maintained, individual internet at each spot as well as cable, on-site laundromat and dumpsters, and a safe place to walk yourself or your dog. We've stayed at many parks in the area, but this one surpasses them all in safety, peace & quiet, and amenities. Spaces are large, plenty of parking, and some spots even have

Been living at the RV park for around a year here and really enjoy staying here, free laundry, cable and WIFI.
Very quiet park to stay in.
Have not had any problems with strange traffic coming and going, if On site manager (Jay) sees a strange vehicle on property he immediately investigate and finds out if they are suppose to be here.
Planning on staying here for awhile.
