I would like to thank you for the experience I had in your office. Dr. LaBohn was thorough but easy to understand when he gave me my diagnosis of Plantar Fasciitis, and showed sincere concern when the VA did not give me the custom orthotics he believed I needed. I had been going to a different podiatrist for 4 months before going to Dr. Rivera in his South Tampa office on April 7, 2021. He took his time to listen about problems in both my feet. After wearing the arch supports and doing a couple other things he suggested for only 2 days, I am feeling the best I have felt in over 4 months. When I called the next day to ask what kind of ankle brace he would recommend, the office staff took my question down to pass on to him. Would you believe he called me on Sunday saying he wanted to talk to me about my questions? I only received the message, but called

Unacceptable. From the scheduling department to the front office staff-- complete lack of professionalism and follow through. Typically an office reminds of upcoming appointments, no email of paperwork to be filled out. Ridiculous. The rudeness of the front desk is deplorable. I had called in the morning to confirm my appointment because no one had called me. When I got to the office I was told I should have been there 30 minutes early. I asked why they didn't tell me when I called in the morning. Apparently scheduling is done out of Atlanta? Never again.

Had mortons neuromas removed from both feet six months ago with Dr. Stacie Fessette. I can not stress enough what an excellent Dr. she is. She is caring, knowledgeable and extremely skilled. She was honest with me every step of the way and I am forever grateful. After suffering for several years, I am pain free with very happy feet!

Five star service at this facility! Dr Fessette is the ultimate podiatrist! Staff all friendly and professional. Facility very clean and minimum wait time. I found Dr Fessette by online reviews and she sure lives up to them! 5***** across the board! My visit was due to torn fibers inside my Achilles heel. First visit was an ex-ray and initial consultation leaving with a 'boot' on my foot. Second visit was a progress visit with much improvement and no more swelling. A few weeks after that the boot is off, so no need for the third visit. Can't beat that! Couldn't have gone smoother. Thank you Dr

Do not go see Dr. Rivera. He put me in a post surgical shoe that was too big and my broken foot never healed after 7 weeks. He was rough on my foot and went straight to the option of surgery. I went to another dr to get a second opinion and I am getting a walking boot and looking at bone stimulation and avoiding surgery. Staff was not very nice either.

Dr. Blustein is one of the best doctors I've ever been fortunate enough to be in the care of...he is extremely knowledgeable, caring, kind and skilled. I look forward to referring friends who need his help because I have full faith in his care. His staff is wonderful also. Just overall a really great experience...
