I will never do business with C&C again. I have never been spoken to as I was by the owner Brad for simply launching our boat in the water at his business with permission by his service manager. We had a new water pump installed on our boat that day. We also purchased a new boat lift from C&C months earlier. Brad literally chased me out of the parking lot with his jeep yelling profanities in the midst of launching our boat. He then proceeded to drive to my husband at a neighboring business to continue his tirade. The owner needs a mental health evaluation. I've never experienced such insanity before

We just bought a wakeboard and needed help with surfboards. Stopped on 4th of July weekend and Tyler was more than helpful explaining all of the different features on their boards. Large variety in stock ready to go out on the water. He even put the pins in for us before we left. Def worth a stop!!!

Premiere Pontoon in too trade and Brad had our boat looked at and priced within a half hour.
The trade price was very fair and then Brad showed us a beautiful used Harris Pontoon boat that we really liked and decided to purchase.
There was no purchase pressure during the entire process.
After being jacked around in the past at several different boat and car dealerships, it was pretty
great to receive friendly, professional service.

We have worked with C&C boat works for years and have generally had good service but this year was disappointing. We asked to have our boats de-winterized for the Memorial Day holiday, and after speaking on the phone several times without getting a clear answer and having the pickup time pushed back every time we called, we went in to the store to get our boat just before they closed. The associate I spoke to said that our boat was next up to be finished being de-winterized and was on the service lift, but they would not get to it this weekend. He looked me in the eye and told me I would not be

I was very pleased with the help I received when visiting in June 2019. I live near the Twin Cities and had purchased a used boat from a private party in Wisconsin. I needed to transfer the registration from WI to MN and apply the new license number and decal but ran out of time prior to our vacation trip to the Whitefish Chain. I stopped at C&C and asked if they could apply the new decals. The task was done within a few minutes and I was on my way to the boat ramp to launch my "now legal" boat to enjoy the week. I brought my wife and three small kids to Cross Lake, MN for a week long vacation. Unfortunately, our family boat had mechanical issues that could not be quickly be repaired. I had three little kids who were super excited to go skiing and tubing. It was the 4th of July, and very few businesses were open. Fortunately for us, C&C Boat works was open. Jim Kendall managed to find a boat for us that was water ready. Jim went above and beyond to place us in the perfect boat! C&C had us on the water in 30 minutes. They even completely filled the boats fuel tank and placed the boat in the water for us
