At Ohio plant, Magni-Power Company custom manufactures precision metal stampings with a mix of hydraulic and mechanical CNC presses and press brakes. Whether you need a small batch or a few thousand parts, our highly skilled tooling department uses standardized or customer specific die sets in order to quickly produce complex metal stampings of up to 3/8 uniform thicknesses.
The custom metal fabrication process at Magni-Power Company's Ohio plant incorporates CNC fabricators and shearing equipment that automates the production of precise, yet intricate, shapes and patterns. At 800 hits per minute, we can rapidly fabricate metal products for work pieces up to 0.375" x 50" x 100".
The many applications of permanent magnets to increase efficiency and implement cost savings are limited only by imagination, and our imagination is unlimited. I worked at this hole for about 4 months, This place is very shady, i left a job making a dollar more an hour to go to this place in hope of better opportunity down the road, i was told upon my interview that i wouldnt be running a shear, and that they would put me into a cnc position. First day i was put on shear which is more work than i was doing at my othet job that paid a dollar more an hour, i gave it a fair shake but after 2 weeks i explained this was not for me and to find a place i would utilize my skills better, i was then put on a cnc laser which was great for about 2 months, then i

If you require on-time delivery and average or better customer service, Magni-Power is NOT for you. We consistently experience missed deliveries from Magni-Power, but we aren't aware until we call to follow up. They do not proactively manage servicing the customer, rather, they react to their failures. Even this reaction is lackluster and ineffective.
