Fukusuke is my favorite ramen of all time. I started coming here about 2 years ago. Before I started coming here I didn't even like ramen that much. But know I know what good ramen is supposed to taste like. I eat here with my whole family after we go to church on Saturday at First Huntington Christian.
We go here at least once a week. My favorite is the spicy tonkatsu ramen with with extra pork and hard boiled egg. I hate to say, but I probably come to this ramen house more often than I should admit. Staff is friendly, food is always on point and prices are hard to beat. Billy, Kristine and Amy always have a smile and happy to see you, so coming back an easy choice.

People when they are coming to have food at a restaurant, they are coming to have a quality time and a pleasant experience. The food quality is not equivalent with the price. Other than that, my big dissatisfaction was the way the server Elizabeth hand us the receipt immediately after she asked us if we were done?, it was really poor( like she wanted to shut us down to leave). My friend said then you know we are done? She grabbed the bill and left angry and ignored us after my friend tried to put the card. Then my friend called her and she called him rude!! It's very disappointing seeing the way

Came with my girlfriend and ordered the fried gyoza, avacado rolls and spicy garlic butter corn ramen. The entire meal was delicious and the service was great. Sadly though they said it's the only restaurant of it's kind currently open. We live in San Diego so it's about an hour away but definitely will be coming back again!

If you want lots of Ramen choices... this is the place! We have sushi lovers and Ramen lovers in my fabulous and this place has BOTH! Service was a little and I think they need more help bussing tables, but I'm sure COVID issues have contributed to that! We ordered the Meat Lovers Tonkatsu, and an assortment of sushi...ALL DELICIOUS !

So glad it’s nearby!! Must try for any Japanese cuisine lover!

Their tonkatsu soup was a bit salty, I think it's due to the meat that was in there. My brother said the meat was fine so I think it was my taste bud that didn't like it. There might be some older people or people on a health diet that would think the same but ordinary people would probably like their soup. If you are one of those people that like their food with very light taste then I suggest you ask for the meat to be on the side instead of the in the soup bowl. Their octopus balls (forgot the actual name) are delicious!!! The chicken dish and bowl of noodle with lots of meat was very tasty
