Took our Class C motor home here to do an alignment. We also asked them to do grease job and oil change when they had it on the lift. RV was not done when it was suppose to be so required us to go a second time...not an efficient pickup. Nor did they grease anything as custoner requested. First and last time we will ever use this company. I am notifying all my friends to stay Away!

I called to introduce myself as a potential client on behalf of one of the large trucking companies I work with. I was immediately hung up on after giving my name and company. "Calls over" You would think during this time business owners would be happy people were calling them and trying to do business. That's fine I'll take my business elsewhere.

This used to be my go to place for repairs i didn’t have time to get to. I had them put kingpins in my Peterbilt 379 in November of 2018, by September 2019 the passenger side needed replaced again after jacking up and greasing bi weekly. They claimed there wasn’t enough play to replace but they would take care of. Took it there to be “taken care of” and received a bill in the full amount for a replacement. Obviously would have taken it elsewhere to be redone by the same place that the bushings didn’t last more than ten months at... very disappointed in their manager Kevin Zook for that

I had a scheduled appointment at 10:30 to get an alignment done. My truck was not even brought in till 11:40. I was told I had a bad tie rod end, asked how much it would be and was told $20 on the part and " not much " on the labor. Ended up getting a ride figuring it was going to be a little while. Called about 4:30 and truck was still not done. I got a ride back the next morning to see what was going on and was told it was almost done. Finally got truck about 11:15 along with a $500 bill. So front end alignment and tie rod end on a 1997 Chevy 3500 cost me $500 and a whole day. Would not recommend

I am shocked to see the negative reviews of this company as my experience was great. We had broken a leaf spring on our travel trailer on Friday of Labor Day weekend. We were stranded on I80 until a roadside assistance truck helped us to get off the highway. He directed us to Commercial Truck & Trailer. Sure enough, they had the parts and were able to help us immediately. Let me also mention that we pulled into their lot about 15 minutes prior to them closing for the holiday weekend. However, without hesitation they fixed us right up. And.....they didn't even rip us off as I had truly expected
