Go and trade my brand new trailer in on a 20ft trailer. Car hauler. Was listed for 6k and trade in was 2100 so the new trailer should have been 4k. So tell me how I'm paying 11k for it?? All the trailer does is bounce. Then I find out that they said I paid for 84 month warranty. Place is a joke and don't know how they sell trailers. Never again will I come back or recommend anyone to this place...

From after pulling the trailer off the lot, it has been a nightmare. We have been in for thousands of dollars of warranty work and now there is major damage from past documented issues causing major safety problems. Leonard's service department is less than helpful and their extended warranty is a joke. I will never recommend them nor buy anything from them again.

This place is awesome. The staff is very helpful, I probably got asked if I needed anything by 5 people in a short time frame, not to mention the vast gun selection they have I believe they said they has over 600 guns on-site, I will be visiting again to make a gun purchase soon. Check them out you won't be disappointed

Even though we had no intention of buying a new trailer, we quickly realized the the used trailer prices weren't much cheaper than a new undamaged trailer. We went to Leonard's after having a very disappointing experience with a private seller, who wasn't even close to honest about what he was selling. Our salesperson Amanda Johngrass was extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and super helpful in guiding us to the perfect trailer to match our wants and needs. The staff at Leonard truck & trailer are amazing. When I bought my first unit I had been talking to Mark Watkins and had everything set to come in on a Saturday. Something came on on Mark’s end where he was not going to be there but he assured me that everything was set up with another pair of salesmen. And he was right everything was set. Not a single issue. They showed me the unit I was interested in and some other similar ones just to make sure I got the exact unit I was looking for. With my second trailer I stopped in at random just to look around at their inventory of goose neck dump trailers

Bought a used car hauler from Leonard’s to move out west. Great staff, great experience, great trailer. At delivery, some issues were found by the delivery checks, and immediately corrected without hesitation. The customer service didn’t end at the purchase. The movers packed my impact sockets, not allowing me to reset my weight distribution hitch. Service department said bring it in, reset it within 15 minutes, and at no charge. Thanks much to the whole staff at Leonard’s.

I had a special need for service where an older trailer needed the frame and hitch upgraded to bring it down safely to our new home out of town. Not a typical project at all, and not an easy one. Sinse I'm living out of town now, I had to rely on text and phone conversation on recommendations. But, Ryan and the Team there did an outstanding job. On time, professional results, and most importantly I now feel a lot better pulling it to it's new home in the Arlington VA area! Thanks to everyone!

After having severe structural damage to my Eclipse Horse Trailer I arrived at Leonard’s Truck & Trailer at 830 am on 10-18-2021. Service personally inspected trailer as well as their welder and surmised a plan to repair. Later the very same day at 4 pm I was called and told my trailer was repaired. I can not say enough how professional and complete the repair was from severe damage to complete restoration in better shape then brand new. Service above and beyond so very hard to find now a days . The best place to take your truck or trailer no doubt Leonard’s Truck & Trailer.

Some months ago I traveled to Leonard truck and trailer to order a new window for my horse trailer. I paid for it in advance and Leonard's told me I would have it by mid November. It is now December 12, 2020 and I don't have it.
I understand that the window was being fabricated by a third party and the Leonard folks have very little control over another supplier
That brings me to the reason I am upset and the reason You SHOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH

They have a huge inventory, but lack in professionalism, customer service and quality. It is unfortunate I must right this review as I actually have a great need for trailers in our line of work. First, the salesman are trained to rush the customer and get a deposit as items are "going fast". In trying to make a decision on what was best for my company, I was asked several times to put money down on one so I wouldn't "lose out". On two separate occasions, we bought two trailers where the side doors literally fell off and a flatbed whose dovetail ramp popped off on the initial
