Rockland Glen, a 55+ Community located in Rockland, Massachusetts. The Development consisted of 2 and 3 unit townhouses spanning over 60 acres on the Weymouth - Rockland line.
Marrocco Partners carried the development from site work to finish until its completion in 2013. While the last few units were being completed, Marrocco Partners broke ground at Walden Woods, a 28 Unit Townhouse Development in Scituate, Massachusettes. This beautiful development was located less than a quarter mile from the historic Scituate Harbor.
