Are modular homes cheaper than traditional site-built homes? In most cases the answer is yes. Modular home construction uses a cost effective process that passes measurable savings to the home buyer. Learn why the price for modular homes is so much lower and how you can make sure that you get all the savings that you can on your new prefab home!
The very nature and methods of modular construction gives you sustainable construction and elevates you up the "Green" construction scale and this comes for FREE! Your home is up the Energy Star scale as well. For a small cost your entire house can be Energy Star rated. Not just your windows or appliances but the entire home!

Imagine closing down your previous company to avoid lawsuits from clients for a terrible job? That’s exactly what Francine and Paul did with my family and tons of others. They are the previous owners of the Sandcastle group that was based in Marshfield and now they have opened ModTech to terrorize more families. Who knows if they’ll open a new one to cover up more mistakes. My house was never finished 10 years ago and we’re still having problems from how it was constructed. We tried to get money back/repairs to the mistakes made but like I said, they closed their previous company that our

Well we’ll well; I can not believe this company is still in business. I hire Mod-Tech homes in 2017 to 2018 to build me a dream home as they advertised they handed me a garbage . I didn’t get not even one thing right that I ask for. Example I ask for 3 bad rooms I got one good room the rest was just a box. The 2 car garage it can only fit one car. The least goes on and on . This is 2021 3 years later, and I’m still fixing all the things that it should be done right from the beginning.
This is a company that never stand’s by there advertisement who fail me big. I don’t recommend them

Mod-Tech Homes really is a great company, not only the work they do but how they work. There I a passion and love behind what they do. Our home recently burned down and they were so empathetic and sincere in what they can do for us. The teams communication with each other and us was great , we always had an open communication and we could always reach them when we had a question. They made great recommendations and the process was easy and fun. The team specifically kept us in a positive mind set reminding us of how even though we lost everything in the fire, we would have a beautiful new home

That's pretty sad that the owner of the company is placing blame on my deceased spouse. The bathroom that she refers to as not being in the plans, was always in the plan. To this day the project is not finished. They refuse to take calls from me. The electrician walked out and to this day the electrical is incomplete. I had a piece of siding come off, I cannot even get the company to return my phone call. Yes, they were originally Sandcastle homes, and I only found that out because the bank told me how difficult they were to deal with when they were Sandcastle. Yes, Francine did request a
