We are in the business of Quality Dental Care and our team is hand picked with that goal in mind. At the office of Rose H Bailey DDS, we provide the best dental care while providing compassionate care and a friendly environment our patients can relax in. Integration of my education and experience of 16 years as a dentist and 18 years as a dental hygienist has provided me with a strong foundation as a dental professional.
Cash or Check - We offer a 5% discount to our senior patients and to our patients who pay at the time of service with cash and/or check. WDS PPO (Washington Dental Service) Dr. Sagawa is a PPO member, which may mean additional coverage for you as a patient. For those of you without dental insurance, we offer a membership program that allows you a significant reduction in dental services as long as you keep up with regular check-ups in our office.

Best** dentist I have ever had or ever would hope to have. I have a long history of dental trauma. Literally I used to cry just walking into a dentists office … as an adult! Dr Bailey and her staff have been so patient and understanding and have worked with me with the utmost compassion. When I had a crown put in the dentist even personally called me the next day to check on me, so caring! Plus they offer their own mini in house insurance plan which makes regular quality dental care affordable even if you don’t have dental insurance. Just a really great bunch of people.

What a friendly and welcoming place!! The staff are kind, efficient, and helpful and the exam and xrays were very thorough! Dr. Sagawa is warm, personable, and very professional, and he made me feel immediately at ease. I am very happy to have found this place and will be recommending it to friends and family! :)

My experience at Rose H Bailey, DDS' office has always been outstanding. Rose treats her patients like family and they come back year after year after for a reason. I originally selected Dr Rose Bailey's office because of location. My new patient exam was scheduled with her associate Juan Carlos Sagawa. What a great experience! Dr Sagawa was knowledgeable, kind, gentle, and thorough. He took the time to explain my current dental health and did not try top up sell me on unnecessary work, I am so glad that I chose them as my dentist. Thank you Dr Sawaga
