This place has the worst staff on the planet representing a well branded insurance carrier. I loss my homeowners insurance because their staff decided to go on vacation instead of finish and forward my new policy to SF Home Office. Then they (ignorant staff) decided to blame me (customer) for their inefficiencies. Craig Alleyne apologized but did absolutely nothing to correct/fix the problem. His call to me was strictly to ascertain information for damage control purposes ONLY after receiving the complaint from Home Office! I was able to get SF insurance from another office. Where should I begin? This use to be a very professional insurance agency back when it was located on Wayne Ave. The staff now are unprofessional, they are not knowledgeable when it comes to the different polices available as well as the discounts associated with those policies. The office barely opens up on time and the staff rarely answers the telephone. Don't dare leave a message, no one will ever get back to you especially if it has something to do with an error on their part. My grandmother paid for a homeowners insurance policy on 01/11/2019 and has yet to receive her declarations page or
