In all matters, before we begin our work, we'll collect either the fixed fee or a deposit to be held in our client trust account and that we'll periodically bill against. Our goal is to develop and maintain a long-term relationship with our clients so that we can become a trusted advisor to them, their businesses, and their families.

A fixed fee is a flat charge for a particular service. We offer a fixed fee when the work required to complete the service is certain, well-defined, and when we know what it takes to get you to the finish line. All attorney time, all communications between us, and all of the other work it takes to complete the service are included in the fixed fee.
John drafted the operating agreement for our mortgage investment business. He provided great recommendations for our unique structure and always responded to questions and revision requests quickly. John definitely provided more value than he billed for. I highly recommend John and will work with him again next time I need Legal support.

John Masonic helped me draw up contracts in 2014 for a cookbook I was writing (still am someday...see how long it took me to write this review! haha). The contracts dealt with recipe contributors and licensing agreements, etc. He was great and there was a set fee so although we went back and forth many times I wasn't getting charged per minute. Highly recommend.

As new parents, my husband and I decided it was time to get our estate plan in order. A friend in the financial services industry recommended John to us, so we enlisted his services to put things in motion.

I worked with John the first time about 3 years ago. This was my second time leveraging his legal expertise to get a corporation established. He worked through some geo-considerations and tax options in order to make the smartest decisions during the corporation's setup.
