Prosecutions for assaultive behavior range from low level misdemeanors to class 1 Felonies carrying a sentence of life without parole. Defenses to these cases include self-defense, defense of others, defense of property and mental states defenses. In addition, in defending these cases, it is imperative to fully investigate all the circumstances surrounding the allegations to flesh out potential defenses and determine what mitigation there is.
Colorado law has changed significantly over the last 10 years allowing for the sealing of many misdemeanor and felony convictions. Ben is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and well respected within the legal community, including the judges. He went well beyond the call of duty to defend me against false and unconstitutional criminal accusations by my ex and, while it was definitely an ordeal, the charges were summarily dismissed in the end.

I honestly can not thank Ben enough. He represented me in a case and went above and beyond for me. He pushed for something that others told him was not possible. Ben represented my son in a high profile case.
