They were extremely friendly and professional. Also polite and quick to respond. The whole process was seamless and easy. I could not recommend them highly enough. The easiest closing I had in my life and everything was on point through out the process. Look no further if you need someone to help do your closing! I would give six stars if it would let me. Everyone was great and Katie Zorn was superb!

It is very frustrating trying to deal with this law firm. Phone calls are dodged. Communication is poor, and it seems like they do not care. There is zero follow up unless you email and call 10-15 times.
It appears that staff lies and covers for errors made by other staff. If I could give them a zero, I would.
Jordan was the only positive staff member we interacted with here. I would find a different firm, if I could. They are condescending, rude, and to be honest seem to drop the ball quite a bit. In addition, they blame the homeowner for their errors and oversights

As a Realtor who has used many Closing Attorneys, I can say that this was by far the worst experience by those at the reception desk. Attorneys thus far have been solid but friendliness by the front desk receptionist is not there. There was major dishonesty about the process there and I believe in full disclosure when it comes to a process. I'm sorry, I can not recommend.

The house I just sold and settled on Thursday was my 5th home so I have much experiencein this area (plus I'm a real estate.broker). My actual moving experience was horrific in every way imaginable, so I am so grateful that there were absolutely zero problems with my settling with Hankin & Pack. Everyone was professional, pleasant, helpful, proactive, kept me informed, etc. I couldn't have asked for more...easy to give 5 stars, and I highly recommend. Thank you all so much!

We have done 10+ real estate closings with other firms in the last year or so, and this was by far the WORST experience we have ever had with a closing. I cannot even begin to list all of the problems we've experienced with this firm, on a closing that should have been a slam dunk. They must have many hands in the pie that never talk to each other. They get an F for communication and an F for efficiency. I hope we never encounter them again.

This company was selected by a buyer to represent them on one of my listings. The communication was horrible! This was a CASH transaction and it took them FIVE days to get it closed! Everytime we called we were told the person handling the file wasn’t available & they would send an email marked urgent. Ha! What a joke! I do not in any way recommend anyone using this company; especially if you want someone that is prompt & communicates well!

This legal team performed with outstanding excellence on the sale and closing of my house. They communicated every detail, and each task of the closing, in layman's terms. The process of closing on my house took much less time (21 days) than I expected, and was done flawlessly. I am totally impressed with their service, and would use them again, if needed. Opendoor was buying my house and they identified Hankin & Pack as their lawyers. Although I expected otherwise, I found them to be independent and fair. They did theit job and had me out all the financials we're handled and my Mortgage company was paid off and the balance was wired to the account I designated within 24 hours. I highly recommend them

I'm only giving one star because I can't give them no stars. They have terrible communication skills. They tell you one thing and do the other. They only respond via messaging through an app that they use. Veronica has no email etiquette as she sounds rude and obnoxious in every message. I was promised my closing money on the same day as closing and still had to wait 3 days for it. I was getting a ton of run around with them. Would definitely advise to stay away from them. They added way more stress to my selling of my home.

This firm is handling the buyers who are purchasing my house. After much difficulty, our agent found an error and sent it back three days before closing. The title attorney has been reviewing the "issue" for three days and on the day of closing, decided they need my trust documents. Not one apology just attitude from the closer.

We closed on our house today and this law firm has not disbursed funds to our account. Apparently they sit on your money for their benefit. They still have not wired our funds. Good luck getting them on the phone. When you call it goes to an automated system of "dial by name." then you get that person's voicemail. Incredibly difficult to get a live person on the telephone.

Our buyers chose this office and it was a terrible experience. We were supposed to close on a Friday but up to the morning of closing, they still couldn't figure out how to pay off our loan even though we had sent them all the information three different times. As a result, they postponed our closing and then didn't send us closing paperwork until Saturday. They had to have the original, notarized copies even though they were told we had already moved out of state. Thankfully, we were able to find a notary and overnight them but since it was a weekend, they didn't arrive until Tuesday
