We used Knox Law for estate planning & couldn't be more pleased. Frances Knox was so nice to deal with and they are a professional firm who did what they said. They set realistic expectations as to when everything would be complete. It was an easy process and I feel much better now knowing things are taken care of. Their prices were competitive and their service was superb. I would recommend them to anyone needing to create a will/POA.

Ms. Knox was very thorough in her review of our Pre-existing documents prepared in NJ for us. Turned out these documents were not acceptable in NC. She points out some important difference between the 2 states requirements.
She was professional and made you feel like you were chatting with a friend. She is a very kind and caring person.

My husband and I needed our wills and POA completed. We got an appointment with Francis the same week. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable about our situation with a second marriage and children. She offered great solutions to our questions. Additionally she is delightful to talk with. I trust her with our legal needs.
Incidentally we spoke with 2 other attorneys at different practices who were not nearly as knowledgeable or responsive. One gathered our information and never did the work. The Knox law firm is head and shoulders above the rest and I enthusiastically recommend them

I had one rough time in the State of N.C. getting a hearing to reinstate my Drivers License.
YEARS of red tape, classes etc.
YEARS of getting absolutely nowhere.
Until a friend referred me to Allen Brotherton.
Today we had my hearing AND I WAS REINSTATED!!!
It wasn't easy but Mr. Brotherton and his team were AWESOME.
So Professional and prepared.
Very reasonably priced also.

I've worked with many attorneys in my life. Allen Brotherton and his team at Knox Law is, without a doubt, the best I've worked with. Allen takes the time to research and plan his clients' cases before walking in the courtroom. It's hard to find "strategic" lawyers that can communicate their intentions clearly to those of us who aren't law-saavy. Talk about Great folks . . . I ran into a situation outside of the law firm this morning after my meeting with Heather. I had parked in the wrong parking lot and was booted, costing me 150 dollars that (at the time) I did not have. Not only has this firm offered me expert assistance with my car accident, they went well beyond their responsibilities so far as attorney/client.
