My experience with these people was horrible they are a total scam dont know how they are still in business i hired the to detail and wash a travel trailer horrible job!! they missed a whole bathroom the fridge, stove and random spots that still needed cleaning like cabinets etc. offered to come back and clean but my husband and i started cleaning our self and said i rather have half of my money back or what he thought was reasonable for the half job he did he called me crazy, did not refund anything and said i lost a contract with his father for our business etc., and then ghosted me does not

I am updating this review because I never read the response that was made to my original review. So I got a direct message after the first review three years later. They offered to make it right if I would take the review down. Considering the response on the review you can clearly see fhat professionalism isn't a strong suit for them. Where is the ownership or apology. Better yet where is my refund. Exactly. So double down on it. Anyone considering make sure you read their reviews. Also why if they serviced 1200 people according to the direct message do they have so few reviews.

The person Named Arun spoke to me and scheduled appointment for Full detail. The Autobahn cleaning person came 30 minutes late and after spending 10 minutes mentioned that Arun did not provided him with cleaning supply and was upset on Arun. When I called Arun, the cleaning person does not want to talk to him. He left in hurry with out providing service and wasting my time.

These guys did a great job on the interior of my truck. I mean the inside was completely spotless. They even came a few days early for my appointment.
The only reason for 3* is due to the fact that since they came a few days early, they got to my house really late at night as they tried to squeeze my appointment in at the end of the day. It was already dark out and due to the it being dark outside, the exterior of my truck was not very clean. The windshield and grill still had tons of bugs and dirt. There were streaks on nearly all windows. I chalk most of this up to it being dark outside and

Called to clean the RV which was pretty dirty from inside. Leather Seats were stained. They came to my location and did pretty good job removing almost everything. Price is very compatible as well. I will definitely use their service again. Unfortunately, due to it being a work vehicle, I can't add any pictures.

I took my car to this business for interior detailing on Sunday 07/25/21. I thought they'd detail my car like they advise but oh boy I was wrong. They do a horrible and I mean horrible job. They only washed inside my car and left a lot of stains and didn't wipe anything from armrests to around the seats. Only took them 30 minutes to do a job which usually takes 3 hours. They charged me $80 and I felt disgusted. To make it worse, he said my car is totaled and insurance shouldn't even insure me just because I drive a 03 Camry. What a disrespect! Not everyone can afford to buy 2020

They offered to come today (a Sunday) which did surprise me as most people don’t…he offered that…it was not a request. I was told they would arrive at 1pm and they sent a text at 12:00 saying they were washing towels and getting supplies ready. Received a text at 12:58 asking to reschedule to 4pm due to the heat. They were going to do 2 vehicles and I knew it would take a while so I scheduled many hours out of my day to get this done. My best guess on a full detail for two vehicles would be 3-4 hours so it screwed up pretty much the entire afternoon. I’ve worked MANY years in appointment

Was inspired to write an additional review here after creating one on Google. Scheduled an appointment for an interior cleaning on their website and received a call telling me that because I live in an apartment I would either need to drop my car off or have them do a pick up / drop off. I agreed to a pick up / drop off and the person on the line said they would call when they were on their way. My 2017 civic was absolutely disgusting from different major events in life(mostly pet and drink stains from my 5 year old).
Javier came out on time and in about an hour, all of the stains and markings I thought were going to be impossible to remove were gone, and it looks like new again.

Tried to make an appointment and they were rude and argumentative over a misunderstanding on THEIR part regarding the day. I was simply trying to reschedule and the guy lost himself. His words in a text: "Oh no! A bad review! Your [sic] the type that want to cry to online reviews. You should tweet about us also." Response was slow. I question the workmanship. Only detail I have ever seen that doesn't actually wash the outside of the vehicle before waxing. Paid for vvs diamond detail which is supposed to include clay bar and 2 coats of wax...all he did was sprayed liquid wax to clean the outside of the vehicle. Wheels are still dirty. The roof of truck had zero water applied and when I questioned it he brought out the wax spray again to clean it and said the roof is usually extra. Really? First and last time I use their service. Beware.

I made a 9:30 AM appointment online. Called to confirm it days in advance. "No problem" Received reminders FROM them the day before and the day of. He didn't show up at the appointment time, and after a broken promise about another time, finally showed up at 2:00 PM, by himself, to do my 35' fifth wheel. I booked a them to clean my wife care Saturday and a hour after the time appointment time the guy calls her saying they are sorry but they are on their way, stated another appointment ran late. Approximately thirty mins later still not here text saying their generator isn't working and they can't make it and would like to reschedule the appointment. I had scheduled a service with Mr. Patel for 12pm. About an hour before he was scheduled to arrive he called to inform me he was "too backed up" and couldn't make it at noon. He informed me that there was an opening at 3pm but because the package I booked "takes a long time" he wanted to come on Tuesday so he didn't have to work past 5pm.

Bought a Living Social deal to have this business come to my home and detail my car. I've left several voice messages over the past week, as my deal expires on April 29. No one has called me back, and now their voice mailbox is full. I'm sure I'm amongst many who have a deadline. I will gladly change my review when and if I hear back from them. So far, no bueno.
