Todd began his career in construction and founded Erie Inspection Service in 1989. He has dedicated his life to building a successful family run business. As a testament to his work and dedication, Todd was recently appointed by Governor Mike DeWine to the Ohio Home Inspector Board. When not working, Todd enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with his three children.

You need a professional you can depend on even after the job is done. That's why we back all of our inspections with a 90 Day Limited Structural and Mechanical Warranty. For up to 90 days following the date of the inspection, if you move in to your new home and mold is present that was not found when inspected, you're covered for remediation.
From the date of your inspection, you can take comfort in knowing that if conditions change in the house, most items are covered for either 90 days after the inspection or 22 days after closing, whichever comes later. I have had a mold issue in my home once previously and learned the hard way not to call a mold remediation company. Uncertain as to whether or not I had a second issue, this time I called Erie Inspection and I am so glad I did. Erie's inspector, Jarrod, was at my home within an hour or so. He was prompt, courteous, personable, and professional. He explained the options and took 3 air samples. Test results came back sooner than promised. Loved this company. Jordan is so thorough and a pleasure to work with. Works with integrity and, very ethical. I can not say enough nice things about Jordan. My inspection for my new house was expensive and 5 hours long but worth every penny. He taught me so much aBout my house I am literally shook. They have a drone that looks at your roof! Too!
