My name is Roger Frommer and I'm the owner and ASHI certified home inspector of Catawba Island Home Inspections. When not inspecting homes, I spend most of my free time with my family and grandchildren. You'll find us enjoying all the outdoor activities our area has to offer, especially boating and fishing.

First off I called to ask questions before the inspection. Rodgers wife answered everyone of them. She is the reason I went with them. Day of inspection, Rodger went through the whole thing with me. I got to ask questions, point out issues or concerns I might have. I received the report back in a day. Both Rodger and his wife both very professional, both have the knowledge, and I would recommend them to everyone who needs a inspection. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job.

Roger and his wife did an excellent job on the inspection of the home I am buying. They paid close attention to detail, checking things that I would have never thought to check, like making sure the oven worked. After he and his wife were done in with the physical portion of the inspection, he showed me the findings that he recommended to be updated and then had my inspection report back to me by the next day. Would recommend Catawba Island Home Inspections to anyone in the service area.

I can’t say enough about how great Roger did for my inspection. He was professional, thorough and took a great deal of time to check every detail. He took several precise pictures and afterwards he went over his report and pictures with me and explained each step. I was extremely impressed with the entire process and would highly recommend Roger at Catawba Island Home Inspection to anyone needing a house inspection.
