Walked through the doors looking to buy a new motorcycle salesman looked up from his cell phone looked at wife and I and looked right back down at his cell phone , walked around for 10 minutes nothing left . Went to So Cal Honda left with 2021 Honda . That was on a Sunday one week ago today .12 - 13 -21 . Moral of the storie Customers are very important .

Walked in to check the selection out. We had our eyes set on a grom or a ruckus. Throughout the whole time we were there nobody came up and asked if we had any questions. We spent a good 15 minutes outside in the front. We went inside and the man at the desk mumbled a hello without looking at us. Another 10 minutes or so inside looking at the selection. We walked back outside to look at the groms. And still nobody to greet us. Sales litteraly walking out the front door. As we walked to our car there was at least 7 guys standing out back by the gate smoking cigarettes. It was our first and last

Had a great experience at HB Honda picking up my Rebel 1100. Danny took great care of me and was super friendly as was the rest of the team that he introduced me to.
HB Honda is a low pressure sales environment. They are more interested in establishing a good relationship with their clients for the long run.

Gary really took care of me! I drove 2hrs, past other dealerships, to work with HBH. Gave me a great price but even better customer service working with me over the course of the week to secure my loan and hold the bike I wanted.. Service department even swapped a tire for my kids bike while we signed paperwork. Look forward to them being my home dealership for years to come! Thanks again Gary and Barry!

Had a great experience buying a leftover 2017 CBR1000RR from these guys. Everyone was great but Gary in particular really went out of his way to make sure I was safe on the beast of a bike I'd purchased, and even escorted me about halfway home (where I met a friend) with some buddies. Super cool!
Oh, and the bike is amazing. Just got back from a ride on it, in fact!
