I live 2,000 miles away from this place but found the exact bike I was looking for at a very good price on their website. Levi's review gave me pause, but careful research led me to many, many positive reviews and referrals from people I know. I bought the bike sight unseen and flew out to pick it up and ride it home. Robert and the staff at OC Motorcycle were so awesome. Knowing I had a 2,000 mile ride ahead of me they took the extra time to make sure everything on the bike was perfect and I had everything I needed before I left. Just got my first Bike with this dealer last Sat. Rob and his team was good and friendly, also funny to talk with. The whole process of dealing and financing was quick and straightforward. I purchased a Triumph Tiger 900 GT Pro bike last weekend. It was a targeted purchase, and the staff worked from my purchasing interest.

OC did not attempt to upsell me on any accessories or warranties which is great. Many dealers do not listen to the consumer on these points - thank you.

The owner Jim took the time to talk through the protection bars that I will add to my bike. He shared his experiences and showed me what he installed on his bigger brother bike to mine.

I was shopping for a Piaggio Liberty 150. I saw ads from OC Motorcycle advertising these bikes for $500 less than all of their competitors. Turns out, a call into them revealed the $500 was a "first responder" discount. Somewhat misleading...but after further research and subsequent contact with them led to a satisfying buying experience.

Turns out there's not a lot of margin to work with, and the demand isn't quite there for these bikes, not a lot of stock.

After talking with a few of the guys around here I met with Jim and he helped find me this bike that I took home later that week. A great experience with knowledgeable people and tons of motorcycles to choose from!

I had a very pleasant and positive experience during the purchase of my Moto Guzzi V85TT Adventure. The sales person and Jim were great to work with. Where OC Motorcycle really shone is when I had an issue with my bike (that I created). Jim and the service team went above and beyond to make certain I had my V85TT back in time for a planned trip on and off road.

Got my new Tiger 900 GT from them, great service and very helpful. Have had serviced my previous Street Triple here too and it was a great experience as well. Will be back :)

Let me just say I had the best experience purchasing the bike I exactly wanted. I wasn't planning on buying a bike, I just stopped by to check out the new Rocket 3, 2 hours later I was riding it home.

Do yourself a favor and buy your next Motorcycle from OC Motorcycles. I went in to the dealership on Sunday, Memorial Day weekend, at 12:30 and left the dealership at 2:00 with my new 2021 Triumph Street Triple RS. Super friendly and responsive. They always got back to me promptly and helped me with all questions and concerns. I checked out another dealership that was not friendly or helpful. I ended up calling OC Motorcycle from the other places parking lot and made arrangements to buy from OC Motorcycle even though they are further away. The buying process was easy and hassle free. They will be dealership for all future purchases.

The staff is awesome. I traveled from central CA to their shop and met some wonderful people. Me and my wife purchased a new Vespa and not one time pressured into purchasing anything else. Then we had to bring the Vespa home. The staff at the mechanic shop helped us load and strap our new Vespa. They took the extra time to get it strapped securely for our long drive back. I would recommend purchasing your next bike there. Again to all the staff, thank you very much.

Great customer service when dealing with OC motorcycles. I easily traded in my 2013 Triumph Street Triple for a 2018 model they had with under 50 miles. Well worth the ride from North Hollywood. Wedrick also took some great photos of my bike before I left for me to share with friends.

I can’t say enough great things about OC. I dealt with Wedrick with regard of purchasing a new Piaggio. He was excellent with follow up. The owner Jim took a keen interest making sure that I was comfortable and happy with the experience as well. They made me feel like a member of the OC family. I found my go to place for bike needs in So Cal!

I'm updating my review to respond to the Owner's comment.

Page 116 of the owners manual says, "Motorcycles traveling less than 10,000miles per year must be maintained annually." This includes changing the engine oil.

Additionally, page 118 of the owners manual says the brake fluids should be replaced every 2 years regardless of mileage. Since the bike is a 2019 model year, it was due and I could see the fluids were pretty brown and the brakes were spongey.

Lastly, the chain slack was at 44mm which is WAY beyond the 20-30mm that the owners manual states. This

I'm in the market for a new bike and wanted to try a Triumph for a day. This Triumph dealer also rents bikes, so I decided to rent one of their brand new Triumph Street Twins. The bike was in excellent condition and they included a second helmet for passengers. They also had gear available for rent if needed. I really enjoyed my experience and Ethan was great to work with. If I needed to rent again, I would definitely come back. My only complaint is I thought it was a tad expensive at $175/day after taxes and insurance. Best motorcycle dealer and motorcycle rental in Orange County! My girlfriend and I rented their 2020 Tiger 1200 xcx & 2020 Tiger 900 for a 5 day motorcycle trip out to Arizona and couldn't have had a better experience!
When we picked up our bikes, the check in was prompt and the employee showed us how to adjust riding modes, windscreen height, settings etc and thoroughly walked us through each bike. The bikes were also topped off with gas and ready to go which was convenient.
For how affordable the pricing is and ease of process getting the bikes, we will definitely be coming back to rent these

Jim's dealership was the 3rd one we visited a few weeks ago and what a stark difference it was for both my wife and I. Jim and his team were so pleasant and not the "hard-sell" types so it was great to just take our time and look at their immense inventory. We ended up going back (on New Year's Eve) and worked out an incredible deal with Jim on 2 of his Moto Guzzi's. Even after the sale, my wife's Racer had to be dropped off at our house and Jim was kind enough to not charge since they were waiting for a missing part.
