Minh Duong AKA Mitch outperforms many realtors out there! I have sold many real estate properties in the past and Mitch is definitely is the Best! He sold our home over 35K over the asking price when our home was listed already the highest in the neighborhood and negotiated minimal repairs. He was on top of us every step of the way and informed us as needed. Mitch well deserves 6 Stars!

However, I want to send one here because of the work that they did to help me get my first home.
Because this is my first home, everything was confusing and difficult to understand. Not only that, but I needed to have the escrow done within a very short period of time, and that is AFTER looking for a home.
Because of Hanh, Steven, and Mindy, I was able to go through all of my paperwork quickly, have them answer all of my questions, and navigate through the escrow process in a very simple manner. The loan process was smooth

I can't say thank you enough to my wonderful agent Robert Tran. This is the 1st time we purchase a home so we had a lot of questions. He was so patient to answer all of our questions and took us to see more than 10 houses to find our dream home. Back in 2004 when I purchased my very first home Darwin assisted me. Now at the end 2018 we decided to list that home. Knowing that listing in the 4th quarter would be slow. We reached back out to Darwin to help us with the sale and purchase of our now forever home.

* He call me came to his company sign contract . Waste 1hours waiting he photo 3 page contract.
*need money for check credit , he didn't told you first ( cash only )
When I sign contract rent house . I deposit 6.500$ check give he . Took from me 40$ for check credit .
I thought everything ok ! I call for landlaw finished contract .
After 3 day I text for he aks . he Say he for another one rent already ??? He told me don't show he Income. ( when I sign I told I would update when I back from work )
Now what I can do ? No
