Dr Natalie Hoshi and the whole staff at Diamond Bar Optometric were very nice, professional and helpful. This was my first appointment and I will definitely be using them in the future. Hailey (sp?) went above and beyond! I was visiting family from out of town and I had an accident with one of my contacts and needed a replacement. There were many places I called before this optometry center and they said they were unable to check or accept my request but Hailey checked, got back to me with a quick response and even gave me the new contact without charge! I will definitely be referring this center to my family who lives in the area. Thank you Hailey!

The staff and Dr. were absolutely so welcoming and friendly. I took my twins there for their first eye examination and they were so kind. Dr. gave us a great examination and took the time to explain everything. She was so sweet and the ladies in the front gave the kids goodie bags. I recommend this place to anyone!

Our family has happily been with Diamond Bar Optometric for years. They have always been able to handle all of our eye needs- glasses, contacts, astigmatism, etc. They are knowledgeable and happy to explain to us whatever info we need to understand our care.
