Thomas McPhail began in the printing industry in 1989. He has been a production operator, project manager, manager and independent business owner. Customer service and creativity are his main priority. He can take a project and find the most efficient way to meet your needs. There is no project too complicated for Thomas.
This year we are proud to announce a surprise gift for each of the 355 Monroe High School Graduates. We are proud to announce we are creating 18x24 yard signs personalized for each graduate. We are amazed at what the MHS 2020 class has had to navigate this year.

Awesome company , really worked with me and My board. when you have 3-4 other people to come to a agreement. Can be a bit tricky!! Kari and Alexis were awesome. checking and double checking that they had it right. even in the beginning we were not sure what we wanted.

Great product, great customer service, great prices. What beats that? They are a WONDERFUL local printer! I have enjoyed working with Kool Change on various projects for over a year now. I worked with the original owner who left about 10 months ago as well as the new owner. Both are wonderful at what they do. Kool Change Printing is an amazing company that follow's direction well and delivers on time. I've done a number of banners with them for my business and am very happy with the service and product. I use to go to Staples but they screwed up my order a number of times. I then found Kool Change and will never go back to Staples, Kool Change is my new supplier for all my printing needs!

Ken at Koolchange has made several signs for our business as well as printed flyers, newspaper inserts, and much more. The quality of his work is great! I have tried some of the online options, most of which end up only ok quality and when you add in the shipping, they are the same price. He makes sure it's exactly what you want before he prints it, so there are no mistakes. I definately recommend Ken at Koolchange for anyone who needs printing.
