Great service, friendly staff. Clean waiting area. I ordered my tires online via Purchasingpower.com and had them delivered to Awon's. I called ahead and they were very friendly. They had my tires ready and made an appointment with me. I got an install, balance and alignment for $159. The protector in my car was rattling and they kindly fixed that for as well. The girl at the desk made my wait enjoyable.

Surely this auto repair took advantage of a youth's inexperience in a car repair , charged without consulting the kid on the fee before doing the job. This was a con artist job a time as this. Not professional at all. Give a quote estimate before taking the job. What if the kid didn't have the money . Talking of almost 1k charge! Let the person know what you are repairing , new parts , and labor! I will never refer anyone to them again. Sometimes where businesses loose more is customer service and not the labor services.

Great place. I went to a personal mechanic of mines and he accidentally put a Toyota Camry axel in my Mercedes and it got stuck. Awon’s was able to get it out and put the right axel in. They charged me a great price for a job I know they had to work really hard to do. I appreciate them for fixing my car on such short notice.

Came here for an inspection sticker. My car's computer and their computer could not get it together. Ended up with a fail sticker for this reason. Went to my dealer up the road and they did it in no time with no issue. The lady at Awons was empathetic and tried hard. Would not use for sticker again though.
