It was time to trade in my 15 year old vehicle for something safer

My wife and I just bought a new (2018) Wrangler here. The trade in for our 2017 with 99,000 miles was more than we expected and working with Karyn and Dave was great, zero pressure. Karyn kept us informed and made the paperwork simple and Dave was impressive in his knowledge and ability to find us a Jeep that met our needs. I’ll be going back when it’s time to replace my current truck. Buying the Jeep was much easier than setting up this Google account to be able to do this review.

This couldn’t have been any better of an experience! First time in my life I ever actually had an HONEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE…Karyn made this so easy and simple for me! She even shared her personal cell number so I could text her and stay in touch regarding the vehicle. This woman knows her stuff, I’m always in a rush and she had all of my paper work ready and waiting for me when I arrived, she kept trying to find me the rate I was after for the car loan, and didn’t stop until she got it!. I could go on and on

I highly recommend Lucchetti's if you're looking for a new car but don't want to deal with sales-sharks of bigger dealerships. The experience was very personable and genuine. Karyn was a pleasure to work with and made my car buying experience very simple and easy. She was really flexible, and gave me lots of great information, more than any other car dealer has before. What a wonderful amazing experience buying my new (slightly used - just under 30k miles on it) totally awesome 2019 Chevy Colorado ZR2 truck! Best part of all, though, was working with Luchetti's sales/finance guru Karyn M. Ingram! There are not superlatives sufficient to characterize this remarkable woman! I came to Lucchetti's off a referral and now I know why. Karyn is terrific. I went in to simply sell my '12 Jeep. The price they gave me was beyond satisfactory. I was thrilled! I also left buying a new vehicle which I was unable to find anywhere else. Dave was tremendous at locating the desired vehicle in NO time at all. The team is accessible by text, call and email and very responsive. The entire process from start to finish was so wonderful I'm looking forward to buying my next vehicle here. Highly recommend.
